The rental rate you see includes weekly pool cleaning and gardening service, as well as natural gas and electric utility costs for everything EXCEPT Pool Heating. If you require Pool Heating (not really needed from May through September) we will need to charge a Pool Heating Fee of $500-1000/month. The amount will depend on how warm you wish to have the pool as well as the time of year.) The community pool and spa are heated to appropriate temperatures (except during the Summer).
