« Generally, a very nice hotel, with great oceanfront location, except there are touches that do not meet the standard, given the hotel rating and pricing. The most disappointing issue was the on-site restaurant service at Tula. We had a miserable lunch service where the food and drink order was over an hour wait. Then we had breakfast the next day, and it took almost 2 hours to be served, as they mishandled our orders and had to restart the orders. The food was just OK. Also, room service...

« Facility was not clean. Service was nonexistent. TV didn’t work. No response from front desk. You HAVE to use valet parking at $42/day plus fees. We thought it was optional. Also, $35/day resort fee. Dirty dishes left in hallways all week. Garbage left in hallways all week. Kids in hot tub with floats. Children’s birthday party using pool all afternoon one day with loud music and confetti left in pool. Very dated hotel that said it was recently renovated. »

« The 19th floor condo was quiet & provided a nice view of ocean from the balcony. The rental’s access to pool, beach, restaurant and other Marriott amenities were a plus. If bringing a vehicle, parking was an expensive additional daily cost. »
