We are sorry you did not stay. Perhaps you could have given us more of a chance. The terms and conditions were agreed to when you booked for the one night. The hotel held the room in good faith refusing other bookings. we apologize if you did not like the hotel at first sight.

First and foremost we apologize that our passenger elevator had an unforeseen breakdown. There was no way of knowing that the passenger elevator would be out of service before it broke down. Our service elevator was working and there was signage on each floor to contact the reception to have a team member bring the elevator up to get you as it operated manually. Otis elevator was here all that weekend trying to repair it. finally, on Monday it was fixed. Our pool is full and was also addressed. We are sorry your experience was so disappointing. We will use your feedback to improve. We strive for good experiences for our guests and are sorry that did not happen in your case.

We strive to provide a nice experience for all our guests and we apologize for not meeting all your expectations in every area. We use your feedback to improve. We could have provided more kitchen items and replaced your bedding had we known during your stay. I am sorry we were not able to do that for you. ur cabanas and pool umbrellas were just recently purchased and are new... We replace them often due to the high winds here on the ocean. We hope you would reconsider as we offer great value for Palm Beach.

We are constantly replenishing beach and pool towels but during the season it is sometimes difficult to keep up. People sometimes take many more than they need and we are constantly working to keep them stocked up at peak times. We offer a great value for our location and hope you might reconsider

We were busy over that date range and upgraded you to one of our best apartments. We are located on the beach and if it rains for several days ants can try to get in as is true in most of Florida. We could have moved you and we tried to address the problem for you. We use a nationally recognized service and they do not use toxic chemicals for ants. We hope to see you again in the future. Again we are sorry we did not meet your expectations for this trip.

We normally would replace all the items mentioned in providing service. we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve. We are glad you enjoyed the beach. I know we had the exterminator in your apartment and sent housekeeping to wipe counters well. Not to make excuses but Its common in Florida during heavy rains to have ants get in. This can happen especially if even a small amount of food is present. We use your feedback to improve. We hope to see you again one day. It was an honor to serve.
