« The overall property was beautiful and in a great location. However, my unit was not put together and had window blinds strewn all over the kitchen and bedroom. Additionally, the shower head could not stay on the wall and would fall into the tub every time I would turn the water on. Lastly, the listing said it included valet parking but the front desk said valet was nonexistent. When I raised these concerns with Vacasa, they said they couldn’t do anything for me.
