Bienvenue dans notre cottage de 1920 rĆ©cemment rĆ©novĆ©. NichĆ© dans le sympathique hameau de Palenville. Cette maison est entiĆØrement meublĆ©e maison est situĆ©e entre Saugerties, Woodstock, Catskill et Hunter Mountain. Nous offrons un roi et une chambre queen, une cuisine entiĆØrement Ć©quipĆ©e et pour votre dĆ©tente, nous vous offrons un bain Ć  remous. Notre rĆ©gion offre une abondance d'activitĆ©s rĆ©crĆ©atives ou simplement vous asseoir et profiter des vues magnifiques et des sons de la nature. Nous sommes Ć  distance de marche des sites de baignade de la rĆ©gion, des restaurants et du parcours de golf Rip Van Winkle. Un court trajet en voiture de la sortie Saugerties ou Catskill Thruway. Il y a un foyer pour les nuits fraĆ®ches, pour vous asseoir et rĆ©capituler votre journĆ©e. Il y a des sentiers de randonnĆ©e Ć  proximitĆ© et le parc Catskill est juste Ć  cĆ“tĆ©. We are in love with the property. It fits all our needs. Close to our grand babies, one level living and pets too! We had no doubtā€¦this is the most fully equipped, clean, organized and blissful rental ever. You like to cook at home? Anita has what you need here. Read? Tons of local volumes. Play a game. Youā€™re covered. Hike? Plenty of suggestions and places. BBQ. Hot tub right on the back deck, feet from the door? Yup. My sister and I met up at this amazing property to enjoy a sisters-only weekend. We went to Menla Resort and spent a day at their Dewa Spa, which is about 45 minutes from the property. We spent the rest of the weekend enjoying the area and relaxing in the hot tub! The house is immaculate. It is the cleanest home rental I've ever experienced, and I rent homes fairly often. The house is beautifully decorated. It has all the comforts of home. Everything is top notch! The beds are super comfortable with the Sleep Number feature. The living room furniture was so comfortable. The linens are good quality. The deck is amazing to just sit and relax on. The hot tub was clean and so comfortable. We had an issue and Anita got back to me immediately and it was resolved. The location is great. We went to Saugerties one night which was about a 12-minute drive, and then to Woodstock the next day, and that was about a 15-minute drive. So many restaurants and shops to enjoy in both towns! We hope to stay at this property again in the future. Thank you again, Anita and Steven. We had a wonderful weekend at your beautiful home!

Perfect Property for a weekend stay. Home was beautifully decorated. We were might with Fresh Flowers and even some extra amenities due to the weather. Hot Tub was a nice touch after a long day. Would without question book again the next time we are in the area.

We had a perfect long weekend getaway in the Catskills. Super close to ski at Hunter mountain and the cottage was cozy and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and sleeping was a dream! Highly recommend to all!

Wow! Wonderful, comfortable, super clean, well decorated home. Once outside you can hear the local running stream. So peaceful. Eat at restaurant Red Onion, great food but reservation needed. Must visit and experience Olana and Opus 40. Opus 40 particularly beautiful and inspiring, Americaā€™s Stonehenge. Their guided tours at both locations are totally worth it. Only small complaint is there is no cable TV at the cottage. Couldnā€™t watch baseball playoffs but I lived!

This easy access rental was everything expected by title. Hot tub is private, all amenities new. Good food and Saturday night live music at restaurant around corner and quick access to hiking /skiing trails and Woodstock make it ā€œa findā€ for couples.

This was our second stay at ā€œour little house in Palenvilleā€ as we have fondly named it. My husband, daughter and I needed a place to stay on our way to our camping trip, just for one night. Anita was gracious and flexible and allowed us to rent for the night last minute. We were so thankful and so loved being here again. We cooked dinner and then because the rain stopped we were able to hang out in the hot tub! Then just relax in the house. The beds are so comfortable. Everything we needed was there to make our overnight stay like our second home. We highly recommend this lovely craftsman cottage and will be back again and again!

My husband and I took our 21 year old daughter up to the Catskills for the holiday weekend to this gem of a house. When we drove up we were so thrilled with what we found. The pictures on the site donā€™t begin to reveal the find that this house is! It is clean, in a private. homey neighborhood. Each morning I ventured out walking. There is a stream that runs near the house you can hear from the fire pit. The house is immaculate, well decorated and keeping with the period of the house itā€™s charming. The hot tub was such an incredible addition. We loved it. The owner was incredibly responsive to all my advance questions and they welcomed us with a gift of chocolates and a sweet message. I couldnā€™t have asked for better. The house had everything in terms of amenities that we needed! The beds were comfy and we slept so well. Canā€™t wait to come again!

Perfect little getaway Palenville Nov 23-24 of 2019 The owners are great with responding to any questions. We were welcomed upon arrival and given a quick tour with some helpful information for nearby atteactions. The pictures don't do this place enough justice.
