« We were there one night. This house is very cozy, comfortable and fully stocked. Great location and nice neighborhood. The owner was super communicative from the minute we booked till the end of our stay. We will definitely look into staying at one of his properties next time we visit! »

« Host was very welcoming, she was very easy to reach. Home was very accommodating. Two parking spaces out front are very nice. A tv did not work in one of the rooms however this didn’t matter much as we were very busy and host was attentive to look into the situation! Very easy to get downtown! Would stay again! »

« Curt was an amazing host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was very clean and comfortable and close to the beach and the house had everything you need for your stay. The beds are super comfortable and the home is pet friendly so we were able to bring our fur baby with us. Highly recommended this place and we will definitely return. »

« What an excellent property. Very central to downtown and everything you want to get to in St. Augustine. The owners and support staff were very communicative and extremely helpful! We accidentally delivered a package to the home after we left and they were able to assist us very quickly and were very prompt with responding to us during Christmas time. The house was as described and more!! »
