Because this is a tiny house, the space is intentionally compact and includes several features that may make it difficult or uncomfortable for some guests.

Tiny Farm is NOT recommended for elderly guests, guests who are larger than average, or guests with mobility limitations.

Please be aware of the following:

• The deck has steps and is not wheelchair accessible.
• There are steep steps leading up to the bed.
• The bedroom has a queen bed with three sides touching a wall, which limits access around the bed.
• There is a steep entry into the bathtub.
• The shower head is approximately 6'1" high, so taller guests may find the shower uncomfortable.
• The tiny house has limited space throughout and is best suited for guests who are comfortable navigating a small, compact space.
