« The apartment is darling and well appointed. There's tons of sunlight and the house is comfortable. Public transportation (specifically the L) is a 12 minute walk, and it's a fun, adventurous excursion for shopping or restaurants. The apartment is definitely on a noisy corner. We live in NYC and are accustomed to exterior traffic sounds so it didn't bother us much, but suburban, light sleepers should be prepared. »

« The property was amazing, they provided us with lots of supplies and the place was super clean. It didn't feel cramped at all with 6 people and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Only issue was parking sometimes and that's because we got home pretty late but we could easily find parking around the neighborhood only a 3 min walk away! Owners helped us check-in too! »

This was my first visit to Chicago so I don’t know much about the different areas of town but the neighborhood seemed like a nice place to stay, it was very quiet and clean. « Me and my friends absolutely loved the place, the rooms were very neat and tidy, the bathroom stocked with some cute amenities, the couch and chairs were very soft (my friend rlly wanted me to mention that LOL) and i was top bunk, beds are so comfy, the one tiny tiny thing is the bath is a bit confusing and the faucet was on when we got there and we couldn’t get it to stop, but that’s not much i would totally stay again »

« Charmante maison, meublée avec beaucoup de goût, dans un quartier résidentiel et très calme. A 700m de la Green Line pour se rendre au centre de Chicago et d’une grande surface et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. La maison peut accueillir 6 visiteurs sans problème : la vaisselle est en quantité suffisante et il y a une très grande table dans la salle à manger. La machine à laver et le sèche linge sont très appréciables quand on veut voyager léger. Petit bémol pour la literie qui mériterait...

« Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. It IS a basement property and you can expect some noise from neighbors above, but it wasn’t overly intrusive during our stay. Host very responsive and accessible. Worked out great for our needs. »

« Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely. »
