Buqez ECO Resort is an extravagant and beautiful resort project on the Croatian Adriatic. It is luxurious, nature-friendly and a unique project developed in Croatia. Buqez ECO Resort was built in a peaceful location on a 20-hectare plot of land with natural beauty stones and forests. The unique collection of eco-friendly ECO villas offers spectacular views of the Kornati National Park, which comprises an archipelago of around a hundred islands and islets. The eco villas are located in the resort, a prime waterfront property development situated in a scenic and popular tourist area in Croatia. The resort, a design collaboration of world-renowned architects and landscapers, is a new model for seaside resorts, offering visitors leisure and lively social interaction while providing a multi-layered recreational and cultural destination. The beach is almost on the doorstep of 28 eco-friendly, modern, sustainable and prefabricated villas. They are located 1st line with the sea. The villas are sustainable, high quality and energy efficient with triple glazed wooden windows. They are suitable for all seasons. The interior is clad in solid spruce wood panels for a natural feel and comfort. The washbasin and flooring are made of snow-white concrete. The lighting comes from the Belgian high-end manufacturer Wever & Ducre and the mixer taps from the Italian designer company Zazzeri. The location offers many activities such as biging and running paths near the sea. The city of Zadar is 40 minutes away by car, Sibenik 30 minutes, Biograd and Vodice 10 minutes. Only 10 minutes away from the largest amusement park in Croatia. The Eco Resort has two private beaches and newly built modern facilities (restaurant, beach bar, reception, 2 private boat moorings, etc.). There is also a floating wooden island, a meditation corner and cabana lounges on the beach where you can enjoy your drinks at sunset. You can reach the sea within 10 metres of your terrace. So you always have your favourite people in view. Relax on your 18 square metre terrace and enjoy the view directly out to sea. The villa is west-facing, so you can end the day with the sunset. The beach is private and there are no outside guests except those staying at the resort. A reception is on call. No street or city noise.

The wooden terrace is also a nice place to enjoy your breakfast outside. You can relax and enjoy in our comfortable sunbeds and cool off on hot summer days with our outdoor shower. You also have access to your own barbecue area.
The resort has a beautiful, extensive beach area and includes many different facilities, such as the Buqez Beach Bar, the best place to enjoy your cocktail during sunset.

Villa 3 is a modern small house at the top of Oikos Eco Resort. The house is located right on the beach and offers the best view of the islands of the most famous Kornati National Park. This modernly furnished house can accommodate up to 4 people.
The small house has separate bedrooms, one of which offers the best view of the sea. You will find a nice, comfortable bathroom with shower. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing living room with a sofa, ideal to enjoy your reading hours with a beautiful sea view.

Drage is a quiet Dalmatian village that will mesmerise you at first sight with its natural beauty and hospitality of the local people. In recent years, Drage has become increasingly popular with tourists. The village is located only 8 km south of Biograd na Moru and 4 km from Pakoštane, right by the sea. Very indented coastline with numerous bays with pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation and many sandy beaches offers guests a peaceful holiday on the beach far away from mass tourism. Lake Vrana is a nature reserve just 2 kilometres from the village and a paradise for anglers and birdwatchers. The new golf course opened on Lake Vrana in 2020.

From the house you have a direct view of the sea and the beautiful islands of the Kornati National Park.
You park right next to the house. The Tiny House is located on an elevated and large plot with its own garden area. You also enjoy your own barbecue area and an outdoor shower.
