We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We have very high standards for our property, and we are sorry that cleanliness issues involving critters impacted your stay. We have a monthly contract with a pest control team, and once notified we had them properly address your issues. Unfortunately, our location at the beach makes critters an inevitable occurrence. We do however try to mitigate their presence as much as possible. -We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a more comfortable stay. We're sorry you had issues with the third A/C unit, we want to provide our guests with as much privacy as possible. Unless given access we will not intrude on your stay to fix necessary issues. Hi Vanessa, we're glad you enjoyed the location of this house! The homeowners have had a busy rental season, and you were their last guests until March, as they have many improvements planned for the offseason. They will be painting, adding new features, and restocking the kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked the first of the season, but unfortunately, things seem to disappear. They will be deep-cleaning the entire house as well, and they just replaced the mattress. They assured us that there are blinds on each window which are sufficient for room darkening. These owners take pride in their home, and we are confident that future guests will enjoy a five-star stay here!
