PLEASE NOTE /House Rules :
On-site parking & driving only on the long gravel driveway and on the covered gravel parts on the backside of the house of this huge over 2 acres private property. Driving and parking is ONLY allowed on the gravel area. NO PARKING and NO DRIVING on any other part of the property. These rules apply to the front of the house as well. All spaces Inside/outside locked are for owner’s use only. RV hookup needs prior written authorization.
Pets: Small Pets (dogs only) allowed; no dogs over 20 lbs. Additional dogs up to 3 small dogs will require an additional deposit, $100 per dog, please contact host.
INFANT/TODDLER: Baby bath (Per Request), Baby monitor (Per Request) Baby safety gates, Crib / Travel Crib (Per Request) (Linens Extra Fees), Toddler Utensils/Plates/Cups, Babysitter Recommendations upon Request.

Long Term Rental / Long-Term Stays (28 plus days): before check-in, we require a Valid Photo ID for added Security Benefits, a Security Deposit of $250, and a signed Rental Agreement to comply with local laws. For Long Term Rental / Long-Term Stays we require a signed lease upon booking confirmation. A Link for your Digital Signature on the lease agreement will be provided to you after the booking confirmation.
