We have added many amenities that make it the ideal place to call home base while on your Las Vegas trip. For example, while sitting around the dining table, with seating for 19, overlooking the huge, indoor pool and waterfall many memories can be made between families and friends. Kick back and enjoy the arcade game room, Foosball, billiards, ping pong, hot shot basketball game, motorcycle racing game, or even play some blackjack and poker while spending the afternoon cooking outside on the BBQ. Then, after putting the kids to bed, the adults love being able to wind down and relax in the steam shower, sauna, relax in our massage chair or lay flat on the massage table.

Enjoy one of the largest Eco-friendly Heated Indoor pools, treated with Ozone technology. The spacious terrace offers the ultimate relaxation spot for large groups to unwind and socialize. Enjoy a day of grilling in the expansive barbecue area just next to the pool.

This place was magnificent! Our 3 generations of people absolutely LOVED it!! From the teenagers in our group to our 81 year old mother everyone just fell in love with this fabulous place! The location is unbeatable, they walked (to the IHOP nearby) & came and went freely - We all felt safe and secure with them in this great neighborhood while we went out and about at night - We walked to the Strat casino that was less than a mile away and had great luck at this casino - It's only about a 10 min Uber/Lyft ride to the far end of the strip (New York New York rollercoaster and game room in Excabilur) -

Would recommend, especially if you love Elvis like me!

We had an awesome stay at this property. William was great to communicate with, answered all of my many questions, and gave me quite impressive detail on the history of the home and the property! The game room was awesome and used over the course of the weekend by my friends. The pool is much larger than it seems in the photos. There are plenty of outdoor spaces for the group to hang out in as well. The home is an easy Uber to the strip and in walking distance to the arts district and other cool areas. 10/10 stay and hope to be back with family one day!

Perfect place for our large group of guys

This was the perfect house for our group of 12 guys for a bachelor party. Everyone had a bed, there was plenty of communal spaces big enough for everyone to hang out, kitchen was big enough for prepping our group meals, and we loved the indoor pool (and there are tons of towels onsite). Sure, don't expect the place to be as polished as a 5 start resort, but that's not what we wanted, and probably not what you're looking for either if you're trying to find a space to hold this many people for a reasonable price. Will was super easy to coordinate with, and very helpful throughout our stay when we had questions. Location is walking distance to the Statosphere, and, while not on the strip, is a quick and easy ride to anywhere you want to go.

I will start of my saying that this is the funnest and most amazing weekend my family and I had at a vacation home. The owner was so nice, very accomadating to mone and my big group (20+) needs. We have more than enough basic ammeniyies , never ran out. We stayed for a total of 4 days. The indoor pool was amazing for our big group! The house itself is so unique and fit us all perfectly. We will definitely want to stay again. Yhe owner accomated a last min early check in due to my familys flights being changed and arrived early to las vegas. Instead of waiting in the heat with luggage, our owner was able to let them drop off their bags and come back a little earlier. We loved how attentive and nice he was and understanding to us all. Thank you again! 100% reccomended. Such a lovely home.

Great place for fun gatherings

We had a wonderful time at this classic Vegas place for a 3-night run at the Sphere. Well-supplied house with fun extras like the indoor pool and all the decorations from the Rat Pack era. Great house for a fun gathering. One note about the listing: the location is north and east of the Strip casino areas (not in the general area in the listing), and not really in walking distance, especially when its hot. Uber/Lyft will be needed to get to the Sphere and the casinos (the Strat casino is the closest). Besides that, its a great home base for Vegas fun!

Magical Place!

This is the absolute perfect place to rent as a home base for a Vegas trip. The house was plenty large for the 7 of us and we could have had 10 more comfortably. It had all the fun amenities for day to day entertainment and was a fantastic place to hang out or recover from the late nights. The game room was the best distraction with fully functional games. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with all the little things like condiments, spices, coffee, utensils, and dishes. The 2 refrigerators were helpful for drinks and groceries for big groups. The pool was warm and the sauna and steam room were both amazing! There were plenty of towels and the bedding was soft and cozy. The place was clean, welcoming, and felt very comfortable, with everything reminding us of the rich history of the home. The decor allowed everyone to relax and it just felt like Vegas! Most amazing was the host and owner of the home. He took the time to tell us about the home, how everything worked, and also told us stories of the famous previous owners and the people that frequented the home. The host was friendly, easy to work with, and really took care of every detail for us. We are all in agreement that our next trip to Vegas will have to include renting this place. We couldn’t have been happier, so don’t hesitate to rent here. And besides all of this is the fact that it was so close to both the Strip and to Downtown, about 1 mile and 1.5 miles respectively. We truly loved it here.

Perfect family reunion spot

We really enjoyed the location, the house, the close proximity to the strip, the indoor, pool and graciousness of the host. The pool was covered and heated, which was great for the whole family, especially since it rained in Las Vegas for our entire weekend. The living room was comfortable for a large family together. The dining room table could seat, 14+ people which was perfect for Easter dinner. The TV in the living room was constantly on with March madness basketball games and everyone really enjoyed being able to watch the game and comfort while the kids played in the pool. The game room kept kids and teenagers entertained laid into the night. The grownups enjoyed the well stocked bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and mint body soap, the wall of clean towels for the pool and for the shower so we never ran out and everyone reported their beds were very comfortable. The strip was a short Uber ride away, and was very easy to get all around downtown. William was gracious and allowed us to drop things off earlier before the check-in so we could pick up family members from the airport. We really appreciated that. Everyone enjoyed the Las Vegas theme decorations. My husband said it was his favorite Vrbo so far.

Excellent Experience, Close to the Strip and Fremont

Huge thank you to William for making our stay memorable. We booked the property for 14 people to celebrate a bachelor party weekend during March Madness. The property itself was unique, with many quirky details that made us feel like we were truly living in Old Vegas. We especially enjoyed the large dining, living, and kitchen area where all 14 of us were able to hang out, play cards at the blackjack table, and eat at the long dinner table that sat us all. William was an incredible host. He met us at the check in and showed the party important details like the location to the pool heater, how to turn on/off arcade games, and how to operate the sauna and steam rooms. He also helped verify kitchen needs for a private chef we utilized for a large group dinner. Lastly, and likely most importantly for all guests staying at the estate, was location! This is as close to the strip and Fremont as you can get, without staying in hotels. We were able to drive to both Old and New Vegas in less than 5 minutes. Great location! Thanks for helping us enjoy a memorable stay!

Not what we expected

The house is large and worked well for the 13 of us that were there. The distance was the problem. Unfortunately, we thought the radius that is shown on the map was where the house was, it absolutely is not. We were hoping to walk to main areas on the strip and that was not possible by a long shot. It's okay if you were planning on taking an uber to the strip everyday, but for a group such as ours, we were very disappointed the location was not correct. The house itself doesn't have the finest furnishings, lacked upgrades/a lot of patch work, but otherwise clean. The pool was nice to have. Some of the games in the game room didn't work such as the motorcycle game, foosball handles were broken, and the shooting game didnt work. Front door didn't reliably unlock even when using the code. It was also not mentioned anywhere in the listing that there was a daily fee for heating the pool. Then I was told it was in the house rules which I also did not see anywhere. The heater for the pool also made a loud whistling noise that was audible in one of the bedrooms so it had to be turned off nightly. I also couldn't figure out how to turn the pool heater back on each day and had to text the owner everyday to get it turned back on. He was staying at the property next door. Overall, it felt like a lot of false advertising and this is not a place we would have chosen based on the location and what we were looking for.

Perfect Mix

Great mix of fun house and close distance while not being in the middle with too much traffic, loud noises/crowds, and bright lights. Looking for modern high end luxury??? NICE OASIS IN VEGAS

Our whole family (14) of us stayed here to see the Chiefs vs Raiders game last month. The house was large, very clean and had tons of things for everyone to enjoy, including the very cool indoor pool! Plenty of supplies to use also and the game room was a big hit! The only disappointment was no hot tub. We definitely had a fun weekend.

Indoor pool absolutely made the trip.

The property is great and in a good location next to art district. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house itself was renovated to be a rented house so there are some quirks to it such as light switches being hard to figure out for some rooms. Overall super nice. The indoor pool was amazing. It was very large and 9ft deep at one end. The house comes with some great accomodations such as a wall of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the bathrooms, and 5gallon water dispenser with refills. Everything was very appreciated. I would book here again if needed.
