**WINTER PARKING** this home has 2 parking areas. The lower parking level is flat and easily accessed. The upper parking is at the top of a steep driveway. You will not be able to use the upper parking area in the winter with a 2-wheel drive vehicle in the winter.

HOUSE LAYOUT:
The entrance to this home is on the lower level. The front door opens to a spacious lower living area with wet bar, two bedrooms, an Xbox console with a smart tv, and sliding glass doors that open to the hot tub patio and views of Pinon Reservoir. The first bedroom, with a queen-size bed, is located next to the wet bar and downstairs bathroom. It is outfitted with an electric stove and sliding glass doors to access the patio and hot tub. The second bedroom is located to the left of the front door and has a full-size bed. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa and dedicated work area with a double monitor for guest use along with blazing fast Starlink Internet There is a full bathroom with a shower next to the queen bedroom. The laundry room is also located on the lower level, along with a second refrigerator. There is also a Peleton in the mini gym for those who have a membership!
Upstairs you’ll find the main, airconditioned living room, large chef’s kitchen and dining room. The open floor plan is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows so you can take in the sunshine and views from all directions. There is a wood burning stove to keep you warm in the winter months and a hidden “pop-up” TV in the wall behind the electric fireplace. The two primary bedrooms, both with mini-split airconditioning, are located on either end of the living room, with King beds, TVs, access to the outdoor decks, and luxury bathrooms. The first bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Whether sitting on the deck with a morning cup of coffee watching the local deer meander by, gearing up for a day of play in the gorgeous San Juans, enjoying sunlight spilling in while cooking up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwinding by soaking in the hot tub on the lower patio, Nineteenth Hole Ski Chalet has something to offer for everyone!

Scenic sanctuary
Our family of 4 plus our beloved Golden boy absolutely loved everything about this property. We spent several days skiing in Wolf Creek so the hot tub with the beautiful views was very much appreciated. Easy access to Pagosa and plenty of room to spread out!

Awesome stay and perfect location
The place was perfect with wonderful views and proximity to many attractions. We were surrounded by the Hot Air Balloons during our stay and it was also a perfect location next to the golf course. Walks in the neighborhood was full of wildlife sightings. At night you can watch off the balcony and relax with the firepits and hottub.
The venue has everything you could want and they did a wonderful job decorating and setting it up.
We took several beautiful hikes including the Piedra River Trail. This is an amazing trail that we could easily navigate and the sceneny was beautiful. We attended Colorfest and that was a fantastic event with music, food, and more balloons!
Highly recommend this venue and enjoy all the sights.

Beautiful house with views
Nice home, lots of room for large family. Great location to everything that Pagosa has to offer. Large deck to relax, see wildlife and enjoy the mountains. Glad it has window ac units cause it gets hot. No yard space. Next to golf course. There is a dog park by rec center that is a 15 min walk. People drive fast on the roads and there is no clear path to walk.

Beautiful home, warm and inviting! The 360 view is just breathtaking. Not a bad view in the house! The small details for guests are very much noticeable and appreciated. The owners have thought of every detail. The home is very accommodating with lots of space and a work station if needed. A large deck with seating overlooking the mountains. A beautiful sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee or hot tea! Very peaceful and quiet. Conveniently close to shopping and dining. We came during the 1st snow they made sure the parking and drive were cleared before our arrival and the house was warm. That was very much appreciated! Which also having the two parking options is a plus! A wonderful get away to relax and reset or family vacation for all ages! We had an amazing time and will be back!

Beautiful home, great location
We had such a great time staying at this home! The view is absolutely amazing—those mountain, lake, and golf course views from the big decks made it the perfect spot to relax with everyone. The jacuzzi overlooking the lake and golf course was a favorite—we spent a lot of time there just soaking and enjoying the peaceful vibe. The house itself is super clean, bright, and roomy, with everything we needed already there. Having two living rooms was a huge plus since we had multiple families, and it gave everyone space to spread out. The beds were really comfy, and the whole area is nice and quiet, which made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the little office area—it was great to have a quiet spot to get some work done when needed. The location is super convenient too—close to both uptown and downtown, and just minutes from grocery stores. We’re already talking about coming back!

Immaculate: Relax, Restore, Explore
The home itself is so very comfortable and clean. It has been updated with the best quality materials and design. The kitchen is well appointed and is open to the primary living & entertainment space. The furniture & beds are great quality, and comfortable.
There are outdoor living spaces upstairs and downstairs. View of the golf course in front and in back. Views of golf course lakes. Views of mountains. And so well appointed; lots of seating, gas fire pits, grill, hot tub. Plenty of wildlife to see.
Location: coffee shop, restaurants, grocery store, other shopping within walking distance. The golf course and cafe a few steps away. The town and all of its amenities a few minutes drive away.
And our favorite; you can walk the rolling hills of the neighborhood or drive less than 30 minutes to scenic hiking; viewing waterfalls; or skiing.
We look forward to our next stay in May.
