HOUSE LAYOUT:

The front door opens to a spacious living room and dining room accentuated by the vaulted ceiling. The living room features a wood-burning stove to the right of the door for additional heat and a big-screen, smart TV with ample, plush seating. The living room and dining room are separated by a stunning, free-standing gas fireplace enveloped by river rock that stretches into a gorgeous chimney. The dining room flows into the kitchen, which is fully updated with brand-new granite countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. To the right of the kitchen is a fully stocked pantry with every utensil and pan you could hope for. To the left of the pantry is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. Down the hallway is a half bath, and the door to the garage is on the right. At the end is an “indoor camp room” that features a twin bed and a TeePee- ideal for kiddos! To the left of that is a gorgeous master bedroom featuring a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Upstairs to the right at the top of the stairs is a dream come true Arcade room with a multitude of games.There is also a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed. Blazing Starlink internet is now available here at River Rock Cabin. The center bedroom features a queen bed and closet with a local train theme. The final room to the left is misty mountain themed with a king bed and closet. The upstairs bathroom offers both a tub and shower.

The front porch features a porch swing, and the yard wraps around to the back. The backyard is large and private with tasteful high fencing, another swing, an outdoor, gas fire pit, and a private hot tub to soak in after a day of play in the San Juans.
