This unique, lakefront home, was designed for your vacationing needs in mind. Lakefront Pagosa is a short drive to restaurants, and shopping and a few miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, then this is the perfect vacation home for you. Nestled on the shores of Lake Pagosa, this beautiful, cozy, Colorado dream home, is the perfect lakefront hideaway for summer vacation, family getaways and the best mountain powder in Colorado.

Sit on the deck while you view the spectacular sunsets and views of the western skies. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, this 2-bedroom home with spacious loft sleeps up to 6 guests.

As you enter the front door, you are instantly welcomed by the expansive space of this home, with the open vaulted ceilings, and breathtaking wall of windows in the living room. The natural light and unmatched views of Lake Pagosa, provides an instant, relaxing ambiance to the start of your vacation. The Great Room features a gas fireplace, large dining area, vaulted ceilings, and a fully equipped kitchen. Walk out onto the deck and take in the breathtaking views, watch shooting stars go by, and BBQ on the outdoor gas grill.

The large, master bedroom ensuite, is located on the main floor and offers a king-size bed, and an oversize soaking tub for the ultimate relaxation.
A spiral staircase leads to an oversize TV room loft with a bed and second bedroom with a queen size bed and its own bathroom.

No matter what season you decide to come to Pagosa Springs, we are sure you will enjoy the beauty of being on the lake. Lakefront Pagosa is the perfect getaway.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

My family and I had wonderful time staying here, with the gorgeous views of the sunset, endless fishing and beautiful wildlife. We will definitely stay here again, my only two real complaints are the cobwebs on the ceiling and the dusty ceiling fans other than that this house is very clean. The house is also in wonderful location, it pretty much sits within driving distance to everything Pagosa.

Location was great. Had some beautiful sunsets. There were spider webs in the corners of main living area and master bedroom. Patio was not taken care of. Spider webs and overstuffed cushions that were tied to the chairs was not pleasant. We had no Wi-Fi the first three days we were there. The television was nothing to talk about. We had no news or weather. Management was great. Got back to us almost immediately.

Nice lakefront home with views. Sadly, wifi and TV service poor. Had to close wifi on all cell phones to get limited TV reception. Internet access via cell phone incredibly slow. Additional charges to fish and use kayaks.

Great place to stay!!

We had a great time staying on Lake Pagosa. It was close to a lot of great trails and things to do with my family. It was nice to come back to the house after a long day of hiking and just sit on the porch and enjoy the evening. We rented the kayaks they offered at the property and we had a great time on the lake.

Highly Recommended. Great place to stay!

House was very nice and well stocked. Located close to everything. Scenery and lake was amazing! Plenty of wildlife too. Very quite and restful. Sunsets were spectacular on the back porch. I also highly recommend heading to Durango for train ride to Silverton and may need a second day for shopping down town Durango.

Lovely location

We love Pagosa Springs and are frequent visitors. This house is right on the lake in a cul de sac. The second floor is accessed by a steep spiral stairway so a bit challenging. Upstairs bedroom has a very firm mattress. Nice lounge area upstairs with tv and small bathroom and double bed. Good communication with the host. Neighborhood a bit unwelcoming.

Overall great property.

Great property, beautiful view of lake pagosa. Outdoor space was nice Only minor thing i would say would be to spray off the outdoor furniture with water to clear off the spiderwebs. I would stay here again.

Great location, but lacks cleanliness / friendly staff

Beautiful property, and in a great location, however not sure why we are charged a cleaning fee if they didn’t clean up properly from previous renters. Spiderwebs everywhere indoor and out, and floors had only been swept in certain areas. We would have loved to be able to use the kayaks as posted on the house, however the concierge, Ashley, was not friendly whatsoever. Two people sat right in front of our car and watched us load our luggage, which was unwelcoming. Overall, this property is in a great location and very relaxing.

1st time visiting Pagosa

Pagosa was charming! Such a cool break from our hot NM heat. It was lovely sitting on the back porch swinging watching the guys fish and enjoying the beautiful scenery. There were 6 of us and the house accommodated us perfectly. Everyone had plenty of room to move about as well as get a quiet break. Communication with the rental team was excellent. House is as pictured, great location, loved being right on the lake.

Wonderful getaway

The views from within and out are to die for..great home..clean, well equipped, spacious, good furniture and cozy decor, quality linens, blankets and kitchenware..the outside could use a little maitenance. cleaning of cobwebs..there is quite a bit of duck poop on daily basis..have to wait for rain to wash it away..my suggestion would be maybe to lay down more of a patio stone pathway along the way to the chair swing to enjoy sunset there and thus helping to avoid dragging duck poop into the unit and also a good door mat at the sliding glass door entry..(certainly not a deal breaker for not staying here)...Make sure to inquire if hard kayaks are allowed on lake when you are renting unit..There was some confusement ,as for some reason during our rental time hard kayaks were not allowed "as of yet" or you could get fined $500.00 as we were told when we got there. Luckily we had brought inflatable kayaks...maybe the property is awaiting seasonal approval?.. Overall communication with the VRBO concierge service was excellent and the accommodations and property setting are spot on ..I highly recommend a stay here..you will enjoy it
