It is within our standards to ensure all guests receive a warm welcome at check-in. In addition to providing a warm welcome, we were intentional to assist you in your room and assist with your luggage before wishing you an enjoyable stay. although you state hot water was limited, our housekeeping team was happy to assist with instructions on how use the hot water.Although many island are known for their mosquitos, we pride ourselves in preventing such nuisances by keeping all sliding doors of suites closed, to prevent unnecessary discomfort to our guests. Our housekeeping team provides the highest level of cleanliness, and we are sorry to hear that in your experience you felt we missed the mark. We do hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a more pleasant and life lasting memory.
