Hotel was nice; room was clean and bed comfortable. Like not being right on the highway and nice location by walking trail. Heating/cooling unit was loud; good stay over-all. Only disappointment was we booked using Expedia; rate was good and when I got my receipt after stay; it was regular price; not the Expedia price. Big difference in cost. Not sure how to dispute this but worth mentioning. We would stay at the facility again; but will need need to confirm pricing beforehand.

Check in and check out is seamless at this property. The rooms are clean, they’re modern. We stopped on our way through town and enjoyed it so much that 10 days later we booked a room on our return. We will be back next year! Thank you.

Don’t stay here.
Door locks didn’t work. Air conditioner made noise the whole time. Bug in my room. Only one staffer on site. Phones didn’t work. Food was terrible. Staff did the best they could but it’s a lost cause.

Beds werent comfortable. People were loud in the hall ways. Someone tried to get into both my room and my kids rooms. It was hard to sleep at night after that and hard to get comfortable and I can fall asleep anywhere

Almost perfect
The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in and out was super simple and quick. Hotel looked newer or more updated than neighboring ones. Just a couple small things that made it less than perfect. One there were no trash bags in either trash can and one of the white washcloths had stuff on it like it was stained with caked on makeup or something. Besides those things, the room was clean and comfortable. There were other visitors in the hotel running around slamming doors until later on in the night but was sporadic. Wasn't enough to keep us from sleeping well though. We will be back to stay again but will try to get on the upper floors so to be a little quieter.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS 3RD. RATE HOTEL.
This hotel has so many back end rules and charges that are unexpected, not declared when a person books. The overall cleanliness of this place is terrible. They do not clean rooms at all and it is difficult to get ordinary items. Like coffe, sugar, cream, towels, and toilet paper. As a person who traveled extensively for 30 years domestically and internationally, I considet this hotel to be joke. They have no interest in a customer's personal comfort.

Overall very nice hotel. Shower had a used wash rag in it which makes me think the bathroom was not cleaned prior to our stay. And the pillows are horrible! Bring your own. Service was great, lobby and exterior of hotel is very pretty.

We were there for 5 days and they never cleaned our room. When we asked about getting it cleaned they said they do it every 3rd day, but they never did ours. When we asked on the 4th day the said they had too many rooms to do We had to do our own garbage , replenish our toilet paper and get our own fresh towels. When you go out it is nice to come back to a room that has been cleaned
