« Just the sweetest little cottage that is in the best location for all Padstow has to offer. The parking space directly outside the property is a massive bonus. The cottage is very comfortable and is extremely well equipped - we had everything we needed. Four of us stayed and there was plently of room. Jules who owns the cottage was very helpful answering all my questions regarding the cottage, local area and restaurants etc. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone. »

« Property overall a lovely place and great location to access places in the area. Pub/ restaurant on site and local shop. It states that there is a hot tub, This shouldnt be advertised as there is a hot tub because there isint. This didnt effect us and our stay but some people may look for this as a option and with it stating there is a hot tub, Unfortunately its false advertisement. Overall a good stay and wouldnt put us of staying again but the discrption needs to be changed. »

« Lovely holiday lodge in a perfect location so close to the stunning beach. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of games, books DVD’s for those travelling with children. Lovely safe enclosed garden which was great for our little dog. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. »

« Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen, hübschen Surferort. Von dort kann man ideal Wanderungen an den beeindruckenden Küsten unternehmen und Ausflüge zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Mitte und Nordcornwall. Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht. »

« The property is in a perfect location with stunning estuary views and within a short walk of Padstow’s restaurants and activities. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Nothing bad to say about it. Highly recommend »

« We stayed over October half term and by the end of the week we wanted to return. We’ve been to other houses in Trevone and we’d return to this one, it’s not perfect but offers great stuff. Pro's; - It's spacious; big living room with lots of sofa room and a carpet to feel cosy - Loved the keyless/coded entry, meant we could get in and out easily and without having to worry about / share a key. - The wet / drying room - in the house but accessible from the outside/garden was great for us;...

« The location overlooking the Camel estuary and 10 minutes walk into Padstow centre is perfect. The house is well equipped and comfortable. One criticism would be that the ustairs room would be perfect as a family room if it wasn't open to the rest of the house hence any noise could be heard maki g it unsuitable for a baby to sleep. This did not spoil our week as we thoroughly enjoyed the house. There is a cycle route on the doorstep and great walks also without needing to use the car. »

« I have nothing but praise for this house and also for Mark the owner. Communication was great and replies speedy. The house was brilliant in terms of layout and space for us as a large family. We had 9 adults and a 7 week old baby so spent most evenings there. It has everything you need and more. It's located 1.5 miles from Padstow and the roads are more accessible than when you get over by Treyarnon area, where we usually stay. The beach is a 10 mins walk down the hill. « Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
