« Excellent staff. They were quick to check our room for any damage after the earthquake. Staff was friendly and adressed us by name. They were always willing to help and answer any question. The location is Excellent. Kind of tucked away so you dont hear the busy main street but close to walk to. »

« The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken. Don’t stay even if it’s the last hotel. If I could negative stars, I so would »

« It was a wonderful place to stay the amenities were great the food was pretty good The service was typical Filipino or as a restaurant go they could do a little improvements on that. But it was really a great place to stay Mike the owner is very nice I talked to him for a while and everything that was great. We stayed in room 213 which is the best room there It has a balcony that overlooks the ocean the pool restaurant and beautiful sunrise and sunset »

« What an Aamzing hotel ! 1) The owner shares the same faith as I do which is a huge thing for me . 2) the staff are so friendly and helpful . I left my keys 3x on the door handle and my room was never opened . If you get there , talk with the owner and learn the history of the hotel . You’ll truly know the meaning of perseverance , hardwork and dedication . Glad I stayed at this hotel. »

« I had a wonderful stay here, rooms were great, perfect location for me to get to Cloud 9, and would recommend it. Only downside was the air conditioner was very loud- so hard to sleep, and it was really not that effective. I tried to lower it to 16C so that I could try to get the room cold to turn it off at night, but it never got 'cool' in the room- it was always at 'not sweating in a puddle' - so still hot but not dying hot. »
