« I reported a concern about the room being next door to mechanical room an there was a compressor that kicked on multiple times for 20-30 seconds at a time during the night. They said, since I booked thru a third-party an got some kind of special that they save the good rooms for their owners and direct clientele people. « Nice hotel in a great location. Only negative is there was not housekeeping room clean-up one of the days. This is a consistent problem with this hotel. When you get back to your room at the end of the day, you never know if your room will be made up or not. Otherwise, excellent as usual. »
