« Chambre propre et fonctionnelle avec sa sa salle d'eau privative. Même si on n'a pas vu l'hôte, le process d'entrée autonome est bien expliqué et pratique. Une cuisine commune (propre et équipée) nous a permis prendre notre petit déjeuner tranquillement. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, la rue principale de Kidlington est à 15 min à pied et il est donc facile de se rendre à Oxford en bus. « Convenient location just outside the core of Oxford. Nice walking trails nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional (just watch your head on the low hanging vent hood). It was also quiet (notwithstanding the construction across the street and down the block) and the beds were clean and comfortable (even if the linens didn’t quite fit the beds). I found communications a bit confusing with different interlocutors: Expedia, ‘Pass the Keys’, and ‘Bruce’. This made tracking this step...

« The first house we were supposed to stay in looked great however it had no internet. With one pre teen and a teenager this is very much a deal breaker. They offered us a similar house but not quite as big. All was good. Then we woke up on the first morning to find ants in the kitchen, they'd got into some of the food we bought. As compensation we were offered a 100 credit and a game of bowling.Most of the staff were great. »
