Hôtel équipé d'une piscine, d'un sauna et d'une salle de sport. Centre d'Oxford facilement accessible (arrêt de bus à à peine 2 min à pied). Comptez 10 minutes environ de trajet piur atteindre le centre. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Chambre:TB - Petit dej: peut vraiment mieux faire!
Chambre et sdb modernes, propres et spacieuses. Seul bémol: douche à débit très faible. Le petit dej est prévu jusqu’à 10h00 mais il ne reste presque plus rien à 9h00 et si on demande quelque chose comme par ex une petite portion de Nutella, la réponse est « désolé c’est fini pour ajd’hui », de plus, le pain est vraiment «chimique ». Ce n’est pas du tout un petit dej d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Excellent customer service. We always stay at Royal Leonardo because it’s convenient and it has great facilities. The restaurant is very good and breakfast is delicious. The person in charge of our check in in room 345 on Friday April 19th was kind, polite and helpful with my kind request. Also, Jean Carlos at breakfast buffet is always very nice. I miss Kasey as he was extremely kind and polite and I must highlight his brilliant customer service. I know he is now based in Birmingham and I hope to greet him there too. The person in charge at the breakfast desk (a young Asian gentleman is very proactive and he was helping my husband to find me in the restaurant). Also, I love the upgrade room system, parking facility and self check in. The best surprise was some years ago when I got a present containing an Oxford beautiful cup, a key ring and a beautiful note as a welcoming back and an apology for an incident caused by another guest who was smoking and disturbed our corridor. What a lovely gesture! Overall, I had a nice weekend thanks to Royal Leonardo! As a regular customer, I would like to get directly with the hotel, the same prices as Expedia offers. The rooms are not soundproof and neighbors can make enough noise to bother your sleep. The TV in the room keep randomly turning on. There are flies in the room when we first go in. The cleaning staff will clean the room even if you requested do not disturb.

This hotel was great for a visit to Oxford. Great location on the edge of the city, so very easy to find when coming from the motorway. The bus stop was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and it’s an easy way to see the city centre.

The staff, cleanliness ofv this property were great, maybe too clean. The smell of cleaning products permeates the whole hospital. My niece has asthma and had to take allergy medication. The hotel restaurant cooks up some good meals too

Good location, nice hotel, has everything you may need. We unfortunately had which can only be considered a cleaning staff issue? When we pulled back blanket there was a small stain of blood. The cleaning supervisor seemed to want to blame us for the stain. Management stepped up to compensate us for this unfortunate circumstance, but please don't take this one off as a problem with the hotel. We had a great 2 night stay.

Rooms, staff and overall appearance was immaculate. Pool was a little smaller than thought it would be but great for families with small children. Gym equipped with new modern gear and used twice while there. Parking was ample and much cheaper than other advertised hotels. A little further out then I thought to the city centre but with the help of the hotel staff found the bus stop with no bother. Buses into and from town every 10/15 mins so this would not put me off staying here again.

Big hotel on a big traffic interchange. Room perfectly nice. However....the shape and size of the swimming pool was ridiculous. Like a tiny kidney bean. For this size of hotel it was not funny. I took one look and went back to my room.
