Thank you for choosing Fairfield Inn during your trip to Owensboro. I would like to apologize that you didn't find comfort in our mattresses. I would like to mention that the hotel is getting renovated fairly soon, in which we will be getting all new mattresses. We hope the next time you are in the area, you'll come back to see us and let us provide you with a comfortable, carefree stay.

Fantastic stay; room was like new, clean, comfortable, and staff was outstanding. Close to restaurants including sit down places and fast food. Highly recommend this hotel.

My biggest issue with the hotel is that the rooms smelled pretty off / bad. The first room smelled so bad I had to ask to move to a new room at 11 pm. The hotel staff was awesome and accommodating, getting me a different room right away. However, the second room had a similar smell— but not so bad that I had to complain again. It kind of smelled like wet towels. The area is nice and convenient, but I probably wouldn’t come back due to the smell.

Much better options in this area. Avoid!
The room was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and repairs. Ripped curtains, a broken phone, dirty appliance and surface, and a shattered lamp shade.

The wrong card was charged for my stay. Now I have to wait to see if that’s fixed. Bed was not very comfortable.

There were lots of noise because of sports teams there in the lobby. You could hear kids running and playing the exercise equipment. Kids running down halls. Spider in our bathroom. Parking is limited

The place was unbelievably loud! The toilet ran on all the time. The safety lock was broken with tape over it. We will not stay here again. Positive the staff seemed nice but nobody cleaned the room.
