The City scheduled spring cleaning for the middle of April at the Ouray Hot Springs Pool; I'm so sorry it happened while you were visiting. They change the cleaning schedule each year since it is weather dependent and don't always add that to their website. We'd enjoy having you revisit us; feel free to reach out and remind us you're a repeat guest. We can do the research for you about spring clean closures, restaurants open, and trails for hiking if you come in our shoulder seasons. Thank you so much for your feedback! I am so sorry for the confusion with the bathrooms and stairs. I double checked our listing and it does mention 1 bath is a full bath and 1 bath is a half bath. We can certainly add to our listing that there are 2 sets of stairs. Many of our guests love the location of the townhome, with the hot springs being so close and the middle of downtown being less than .5 miles away. The townhome does have amazing views of the river and surrounding peaks, we are so delighted you enjoyed them!

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your visit to Ouray. There are no water issues whatsoever at the townhome, the HOA didn't get back to us right away but I can assure you the water is of high quality. We receive water test results several times a year. The carpet is highly used and was scheduled to be replaced this week. The townhome went under contract with a buyer that has other plans on the use of the property. We would've had pool passes for you but as I explained on the phone the City of Ouray no longer offers Lodger's Passes due to their limited hours, we had removed that information from our marketing some time ago. We hope the next time you visit Ouray you will have a more enjoyable time. Thank you again for the helpful feedback, we appreciate it so future guests have a pleasant experience.

Good morning, Thank you for the kind review, we have discussed the parking lot with the HOA and are hopeful they will re-gravel it this spring. Since all our roads are dirt, with the exception of Main St. it can pose a problem. We have contacted maintenance regarding the fan and furnace and will be certain both are taken care of. Thank you!
