« Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. But the stay was good for us as we made use of the local area and the house was nice it just wasn’t spotless for a deep clean. La chambre n’était pas Ă  la hauteur des attentes : plusieurs taches sur la moquette, une moquette usĂ©e et un trou dans le voilage de la fenĂȘtre, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’entretien. En revanche, le personnel du service restauration et de nettoyage a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able et professionnel, ce qui est apprĂ©ciable. Point nĂ©gatif concernant l’accueil : le personnel n’est pas trĂšs avenant et ne fait pas d’efforts pour parler français, ce qui peut compliquer la communication et donner une premiĂšre impression peu chaleureuse.
