« Woman working the front desk was great, and very helpful fixing a booking error on my part. The hotel itself though is in need of some help. First, it’s in an industrial park so there are no food or shopping options within walking distance. And of course, while I was checking in a homeless person came into the lobby and would not stop trying to talk to me while I was trying to talk to the front desk agent.
