« We always stay at this property when we go to Oregon. This stay was made more memorable by the Supervisor on the floor that day - Alex (I forgot to get his last name). He made our check-in smooth and efficient. He was very hospitable, accomodating, friendly and kind. Unlike other check-in personnel from other hotels, he was very friendly and not a snob.
