« The place was very clean. Was a little concerning since said we had to enter through the back door. Pictures were only of the front of the house. Other than getting the communication about the door code I didn't have to reach out to the host. Beds were soft and everything we needed was there. »

« I was super excited to be able to walk around this area of Kingman and see all of the fantastic shops, breweries and restaurants. I checked them out and had excellent food and service. There is also a park nearby with a train to explore and you get the feeling of old time Kingman with the historic buildings around . This is a really cute place to stay, nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable and I would definitely stay again.. »

« The sheets felt a little oily like they hadn’t been washed , the futon also had a lot of dirt and crumbs in the seams. For the price it was tolerable. »

« Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly. »
