« This is a self check in/check out so there is no staff or room service. The room itself is amazing and spacious. The bathroom is just as great! The beds were super comfortable! One of my favorite hotels! I will definitely be back. But keep in mind there is no elevator so I got lucky being on the second floor but if you have the third then you have to carry your luggage all the way up there. »

« Absolutely perfect. I needed a quick one night stay, walking distance from Kyoto Station and it had everything I needed. The room is small but no bigger than it needs to be when you just want a bed to fall asleep on after a long journey. The owner met me at the door, welcomed me in, gave me a tour and was generally very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely stay again. »

« Although we did not have face-to-face interaction with anyone at the property, they were very responsive messaging through Expedia app. The property was lovely and just as the picture displayed. We were able to check in at 1pm instead of 3pm because the housekeeping was done, which was greatly appreciated because we were hot and tired after our trip! The location is wonderful! Walkable to Pontocho alley, Nishiki Market and all the shrines on the East side of Gion. We would stay here again! »
