Sadly, this place has great potential but it is a poor experience based on horrible customer service and poor amenities. It started with the front staff requiring higher extra fees than what was stated in the ad, blaming Hotels.com for having wrong information. My family then had to wait outside the reception for 45 minutes - no, they were not even allowed in to our room nor to use the pool - while I had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. Who said customer experience is important? Next, the âkitchenâ did not have neither frying pan nor coffee maker. Some more well intended staff in the end helped us get those things, but these things really need to be in place if you rent a place with a kitchen.
Finally, there is quite a few extra/hidden fees at make sure to check this out before! For example bed linen âŹ30 for bed linen per person, ending up a âŹ120 for my family. Most other places you would then include towels in that charge, but nope, not this place. Thatâs âŹ40 extra. Finally cleaning is extra at âŹ60. All in all it ended up as expensive as some more expensive options we didnât pick because we initially thought this was a great deal.
