Emplacement idéal, chambres correctes. possibilité de se rendre à pied aux principaux sites touristiques, restaurants proches. Seul bémol, pas de parking, obligé de se garer dans la rue et de payer le stationnement

Collé à la cathédrale d'otranto
Magnifique bâtiment d'époque. Malheureusement décoré et rénové avec peu de goût. Une décoration et une restoration de qualité aurait fait de ce lieu un paradis! Néanmoins, personnel au petit soin. A un mètre de la belle cathédrale d'Otranto.

Un bon moment !
Cet ancien palais a été transformé en hotel d'une dizaine de chambres par la famille. Situation idéale dans la cité historique, notre chambre tres confortable, disposait d'un balcon que nous n'avons pas utiisé en raison du temps. Personnel nombreux et aux petits soins, Excellent petit déjeuner dans une salle décorée de meubles anciens. Le cadre et l'amabilté du personnel, nous ont enchantés, nous vous recommandons de vous y arrêter.

Accueil très agréable. Chambre très confortable, propre et joliment décorée. Bonne literie. Emplacement idéal dans la vieille. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la terrasse car il pleuvait. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

A Perfect Place to Stay in Otranto
Great location in the old town, very convenient for all the key sites and a nice view of the waterfront from the balcony. The hotel is very clean with comfortable rooms and beds, and a good breakfast. We were given excellent restaurant recommendations.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Palazzo Papaleo. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they helped with suggestions and bookings in the area. We parked at a nearby paid lot outside of the ZTL, and it was a quick walk with our carry-on sized suitcases. We wish we stayed longer, and would definitely return!

The hotel is very conveniently placed within the old town, making it very easy to pop down to the sea and go back to the room and shower and then pop out again for food et cetera. The hotel itself is nice, not super lux but nice, and clean, there were things that niggled like the layout of the room and the air con, but the thing that raised this hotel up above others that I’ve stayed in and took it from a forgettable experience to one I won’t forget in a hurry, is the staff. What amazing people!. Couldn’t do enough and with a smile! I thought Patrizia was the manager (she isn’t but she should be!) her customer service, attention to detail, attentiveness and concern for our wellbeing and enjoyment was just…wow. Special mention also to Elena and the boys at breakfast. If I come back to Otranto I will definitely stay here again because of them Thank you everyone

This was a lovely hotel in a fantastic location -- across the narrow street from the main church. Beautiful building that has been converted into a hotel, great rooftop and view. We would recommend this to anyone.

This hotel is a self-styled 5 star, not quite what you'd expect, but worth every one of those stars. The location cannot be beaten, right in the heart of the old town, within touching distance of the Cathedral (literally), the rooms are very comfortable and we had a balcony and large terrace (not that we ever had time to use them). What makes this place even more special though is the fantastic staff, every one of them pleasany and welcoming. The communication with Patrizia before arriving was first class. Otranto is a wonderful place, and I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough to fellow travellers.

Great stay in the historic center of Otranto!
Palazo Papaleo a great hotel in the historic center of Otranto. Since it is located in a limited traffic zone (LTZ) the reception staff will pick you up with a golf cart. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace!
