An elegant and spacious apartment tastefully furnished in a vintage style, capable of comfortably accommodating up to 4 people with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is unbeatable: situated right on the waterfront, just a short walk from Spiaggia dei Gradoni, and a 5-minute walk from the Lungomare degli Eroi and the historic center. All points of interest, such as the Aragonese Castle and the Cathedral, are within easy walking distance. The Otranto train station is just 600 meters away.



The 105-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and is laid out as follows:

- Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, conventional oven, and microwave

- 20-square-meter living room furnished with a dining table, sofas, split AC, and TV

- Bedroom I with a double bed, closet, and split AC

- Bedroom II with a double sofa bed, closet, desk, small balcony, and ceiling fan

- First bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Second bathroom accessible from the kitchen, equipped with a toilet and shower stall

- Balcony with ocean view, accessible from the living room.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heat pump heating, safe, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Note: The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.



The front door keys are located inside a combination lockbox, which will be provided at check-in.



After 9:30 p.m., direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. - 25.00 euros

- From 11:00 p.m. to midnight - 30.00 euros

- From midnight to 1:30 a.m. - €40.00



As required by the City of Otranto, upon arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax, which is:

- €1.50 per person per night in July and August

- €1.00 per person per night in April, May, June, September, and October.

Ranked among Italy’s most beautiful villages, Otranto is the easternmost town on the peninsula and is considered a bridge between East and West. It features a charming historic center—a labyrinth of narrow, winding alleys just a few meters from the sea—rich in monuments: the imposing Aragonese Castle, Otranto Cathedral built in 1088, and the Basilica of St. Peter with its Byzantine frescoes, to name just a few. Don’t miss a stroll along the famous Degli Eroi promenade, where you can admire Otranto’s stunning sea and stop by one of the many restaurants and bars that bring the area to life. Finally, there are numerous nearby beaches with crystal-clear waters, all just a short drive away: among the most beautiful are Baia dei Turchi, Spiaggia degli Alimini, and Torre dell’Orso.

The accommodations are conveniently located for exploring the town center and all points of interest on foot. The nearest beach is 20 meters away. Essential amenities are within easy reach: a bar, pharmacy, and supermarket are all within 500 meters.



- From Brindisi Airport, you can reach the apartment in about 2 hours by taking the PUGLIAIRBUS to Lecce and then taking Bus Line 106, which terminates at Via Alimini, 600 meters from the accommodation.



- From the Otranto train station, the apartment is a convenient 7-minute walk away.



- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and can be reached by car. There are paid parking spaces right under the building, as well as large paid parking lots 200–300 meters away.
