« I feel the property was recently renovated and did not have a trial run. The 1st floor toilet water ran constantly and the water was hot, the Kuerig didn’t work, the shower shampoo/conditioner dispensers on the 2nd floor didn’t work, AC and WIFI was intermittent, no light switch in the laundry area but exposed wiring. One unit lost AC power when it was 100 degrees and they said they have no emergency service. Our back door wouldn’t open but after jiggling and resetting the improperly installed...

« Very nice location, we enjoyed the activities such as canoeing and fishing at the foot of the house! Pretty well-maintained swimming pool, equipment and comfort both inside and outside the house!

« Rented for me & husband - family wedding on Siesta Key. Our nephew & wife joined for 2 nights. House is older, but everything has been redone. Super clean and quiet (close to main road...feared road noise but had none)! We prefer 2 baths with 4 people staying, but given our guests stayed only 2 nights, we managed w/1 bath well. Note: BRs are adjacent, and footsteps are audible in middle of the night. We found the master BR's king mattress so comfy. For us, however, the guest BR's queen...
