La piscine etais pas chauffé lors de notre 5 nuits de plus que cette années la température en floride est frais on aurait vraiment apprécié se baigner dans une piscine chauffé leau devait etre a 75 ,sinon le reste est correct ,services au chambre aleatoire

I didn't like it, they moved us to a room that was in the back of the hotel literally, It looked like a motel, because I brought my dog ​​extra to that I had to pay 56 dollars for the dog, but it's not worth the room because it's like staying in a motel If you are going to travel, it is preferable that you do not take the dog, if your idea is to stay in the hotel that is a good stay for you. On the staff there is a lady who can barely use the computer or get her keys out of the envelope because of how extremely long her nails are. It was only one night but she would not return to this hotel.

Property is super well located, close to Walgreens, CVS, restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel itself is very cute! The pool area is simple but very charming. Room was very clean and had a great shower. Check in was very fast. Enough space to park your car without a problem. Loved my experience!!

I reported that my room smelled like fish upon checkout and the manager gave me a free night for a future visit. The staff was great. The property was quiet. Housekeeping was awesome. I’ll definitely boom here again.

We stayed here for the 2nd year, as an overnight stop to breakup a long haul to The FL Keys. Customer service at restaurant by the pool was fantastic. Same waitress as last year. She was delightful and attentive! Food is good. The property needs to be dusted more throughly. Always an issue that I notice but better this year. The pool is so inviting… makes me want to come back at stay long enough to get in!

Booked a garden view room, garden was across from parking lot. Had to ask for toilet paper, towels and soap. Never cleaned room after 3 days got quite sandy. One would think after going to front desk daily they would restock room. The pool, tiki bar and restaurant great! Food very good. Location good, convient to many beaches.

We were really impressed with the hotel overall, the tiki bar, pool area and reception were very nice . Our room was clean and spacious but it was not a garden view, backed up to the parking lot which was lit at night leaving our room lighter than we like for night time. Regardless we would stay again.

I was a bit disappointed bc the $50 pet fee per night. Service dogs have better hygiene than some humans. I would of preferred buying some great food from Chef Rolfo than the pet fee. Ugh

I have nothing but great things to say about Casey Key Resorts. The staff and the service were absolutely amazing. The shuttle to and from the beach provided chairs, water, and towels. My flight was very delayed and the desk manager was kind enough to offer me a vacant room to shower and rest in while I waited for my late flight. It seems like a home away from home.
