« Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect day of relaxation in an otherwise exhausting trip. Location is slightly out of the way but extremely charming (even in winter), and the train ride from Atami station was absolutely breathtaking with the seaside views. »

« Impression très négative. Bonne cuisine, et service soigné, mais hôtel non adapté à des voyageurs non japonais. Tous les informations sont en japonais, et il n'y a qu'une proportion minime du personnel que comprend correctement l'anglais. L'hôtel est présenté comme "sea side ressort" mais si on est pas golfeur japonais on ne voit pas la mer. Etablissement très décevant, vivant sur sa réputation passée, à éviter absolument. »

« Beautiful hotel high up over looking the sea. We had a corner room with a panoramic view of the sea. The breakfast was traditional Japanese. There is a free bar, free soft drinks, and tea and coffee. The onset is wonderful and the host was very accommodating. The host took us to the train station at the end of a wonderful stay. »
