« I want to start by stating the staff was amazing here, but, the property was extremely dirty & very run down. The room was somewhat remodeled but was previously smoked in for years and you cant erase that smell. Since the hallways and other property locations were so dirty, i questioned the cleaniness of the bedding, i slept in my clothes bc i just felt it was dirty. Again, the people are great but cleaning the entry way and hallways and eliminating the smoke smell or at least being honest about...

« Our room was ready and clean. Staff provided extra towels for us. The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it. »
