Très bon séjour
L'hôtel partage le building avec un autre hôtel (le star gate kansai) qui est resté dans son jus. On sent la différence la chame que j'avais etait spacieuse. On sent que la rénovation a même pas 10 ans. Par contre les toilettes sont restés anciens. Il y avait peut-être plus assez pour en acheter. Le personnel est toujours près a aider et parle bien anglais. Les petits déjeuner se passent au 54 ieme (salle commune avec l'autre hotel). La vue y est superbe. Dans les chambres les rideaux étaient a commande électriques depuis le lit (j'ai adoré). Pas de jet réglable sur le pommeau de douche dommage. Le papier toilette était bien epais. Pas le papier a cigarette dont on a parfois droit. Le point noir pour moi (et ça concernait aussi l'autre hôtel : pas de stationnement pour les moto. La parking les accepte pas. On peut les laisser mais ça coûte autant que pour une voiture soit 1000¥ par jour et si on la met dans le parking a velo on a droit a un avertissement avant mise en fourrière). On me proposait un parking gratuit a 9 minutes (c'est déjà ça). N'aimant pas marcher longtemps je l'ai garé dans des coins discrets mais proche).

Un très bon souvenir
Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport international d'Osaka, car nous avions un vol tôt le lendemain matin. Premier avantage : il propose une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport le matin ! Sinon, il reste le train : la station est à 2 minutes à pied, et l'aéroport à 1 station. Inutile de préciser : il y a évidemment 1 konbini tout proche de l'hôtel. Mais, au Japon, qu'est-ce qui n'est pas proche d'un konbini ? L'hôtel était propre, la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avions 2 vrais grands lits et un canapé-lit : largement de quoi faire dormir confortablement 3 ou 4 personnes de plus. Nous n'avons pas profité du restaurant, donc je ne peux pas donner d'avis sur ce point. Sinon, très agréablement surpris ! Lors de nos prochains séjours au Japon, je réserverai à nouveau sans hésiter dans cet hôtel si j'ai besoin d'un hébergement proche de l'éaéroport.

フロントの対応が紋切り型すぎる。つまりマニュアル通りの受け答えしかできていない。もっと宿泊客の立場に立った丁寧で思いやりのある言葉と表情で顧客対応ができないものか。 思いきってチェックインやチェックアウトはAIに切り替えたほうがこちらも割りきって気分を害することはない。

just stayed one night, but great location , just a short train ride away from kix, and they have a shuttle back to airport the next morning. a great choice for a layover for a connectiong flight

This is clearly not a new or very recently updated property. I’m sure it was really great, 20 years ago, but it is showing its age. The are a round it is quite remote from the rest of the city, though VERY convenient to the train and of course the airport! Free breakfast buffet was pure insanity…

i had corner unit suite but the bathroom is so tiny compare to the so-called suite. it was somewhat of a mismatch.

After a delayed flight, we got in around midnight. We were extremely tired and although the gentleman at the front desk was nice, he wasn't friendly and welcoming. It was more of a here is your key, thank you. The room was huge and the view was beautiful but the bathroom smelled a bit musty like something was wet for a while there.

Awesome staff are so friendly and try accomodating. Love the secure luggage storage if you arrive early can place your bags in storage and go across road shopping. Same when you leave. Buffet breakfast was cool too so much food.
