Nice room itself. Check in is a bit too strict. Can't check in at 15:59. Muar check in exactly at 16:00 no exceptions. No cleaning service for rooms so had to take out our own garbage for 6 day stay which isn't too bad. Check out procedure was kind of creepy in that you're locked out of the room at exactly 10am , mist pay 1500 yen for late check out. A bit strict. Location is great, room itself is great.

Relatively new condominium in Umeda section of Osaka with no manned staff, check-in was done through a tablet installed at the entrance desk. The location is a bit far from the JR Osaka Station, about 12-15 minutes walking but it is close to shopping areas around the condominium. There was no house keeping service during our stay of four nights at the condo. Each person was provided a bath towel for use during the stay at the condo with no towel exchange service. The condo was equipped with a washer with dryer in the bathroom. The one-bedroom condo was of medium size with two double beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room and with a small kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Overall, it is an ok condominium to stay but I would choose another location close to the JR Osaka Station the next time I come to Osaka.

Good size property with kitchen. Walkable to train station and to Umeda building and the Mall. Family Mart in the street. Lots of eating places within 2 minutes walking distance. Only comment would be shower head in the bathroom is in a funny place. Also instructions to enter property are received by email and meant to be received 2 days before. Had to follow up on the day of arrival.

Is situated close to Shin-Osaka & can walk to Osaka-Umeda station which is good for shopping and travel. Family-Mart and 711 are close by. Few restaurants are ata a throwaway distance. Checkin and checkout instructions are detailed and process is easy. Appartment is clean and spacious for a family of 3. All in all, we liked it.

It's actually a little bit far from the metro/JR station. The room is pretty huge and tidy. It took some time for me to realize how the combination lock works on the door. No bottled water provided but you can boil your own water. The light at the entrance area cannot be turned off for some reasons...

Had a great time stay!
The location is very good, easy to access to the train station, about 12-15 mins walk. Convenient stores are just at the corner. The room is super clean and has everything you needed. We used the washer( in the room) and dry in the bathroom with the fan on, it's dry the next day already! Check in "has to" be after 4pm sharp and the process is smooth and easy! Love this place!

생각보다 괜찮았어요. 퀸사이즈 침대 두개라 편하게 잤고 청소상태도 좋았는데 침구를 펄럭이면 어쩔수없이 먼지는 좀 일어나요. 화장실이랑 샤워실이 깨끗해서 넘 좋았네요. 히터를 틀었더니 많이 건조했어요.

깔끔하고 좋았습니다.
3인 가족으로 숙박하였습니다. 깔끔하고 공간도 협소하지 않아 좋았습니다. 모든게 잘 갖춰진 곳이라 편안하게 지냈습니다. 다만 수건이 3인 가족에 4박 5일 동안 부족했습니다. 수건을 추가로 어디서 가져오는지 메모가 없어서 좀 곤란 했고, 이전에 에어컨에 먼지가 많다는 후기가 있었는데 먼지가 좀 있네요. 다음에 오사카 여행시 재예약 하겠습니다. 수고하세요.

My family loved the location and the place is clean and cozy. Just the requests for towels and keys for storage of luggage, there is no instructions on how to avail. But overall, very happy with our stay. Thank you

제일 큰 장점은 방의 크기 일본숙소치고 이정도크기는 보기힘들지않나 싶고요 1층에 바로 편의점이있는게 생각보다 좋았습니다 체크인 전 도착해도 짐을 보관할수있는장소가 있습니다
