The staff were very helpful and accommodating. And this hotel does have a bunch of amenities. There’s a whole convenience store located on the 4th floor. Overall our stay was pretty good. The only things that was bothersome was the size of the rooms. There’s practically zero space to store your luggage let alone move around. I wish I would’ve checked the size before we booked the room.

特に不満はないが、あげるとしたら2点。 大阪駅から少し繁華街を歩くため、夜到着の場合は、酔っ払いを掻き分けて行く。また繁華街の中なので、騒がしいし、ホテル周辺は少し治安が不安。 もう一つは、エレベーターが少ない。なかなか来ないのと、一つ当たりになれる人数が少ない。

This is a fantastic location. The hotel is quite nice. The fitness center is reasonably well-equipped for 2-3 people to use at one time, and is free to use between midnight and 5AM. The buffet is fantastic. The location is a short walk from Umeda Station. There are tons of restaurants in close proximity. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay!

My room views was spectacular. Bed was very comfy and ameties were great. I was on the 28th floor and could see the Osaka skylines. Although it is a bit far of a travel and a long walk like 15 mins to the train station( super crowded and confusing) going to Dotunburi (takes like 35 mins approx.) the main Osaka attractions esp Dotonburi, I still liked the area. I had to take a taxi to get the airport likousine to the New hankyu Hotel because it's just way too far to walk.

Large hotel about 10-15 minutes walk from Osaka station. Near subways and lots of dining options. Rooms small by western standards, but for one person, large enough and functionally design. Includes work desk, good wifi, lots of plugs, USB connectors, etc. Bed comfy although pillow was a bit thin and hard. Bathroom had good shower but only a mini-half tub. Room had the extras like slippers, bath robe etc.
