No internet I could access even if I paid. Very noisy thin walls, set computer desk on floor fell asleep, picked up bag 6 roaches scrambled away. Share shower with three roaches. I made a mistake in reserving thinking the was a Marriot property, my bad but this is worst hotel I’ve been in 25 years.

Nothing is good about the property, not safe n unhealthy air no cleanliness. Unhinged n we had cockroaches in our room

Good enough, better than many.
Our stay was for six weeks. We purchased a Swiffer and a Dust Buster to keep the place clean. The room was in good shape with the exception of the floor, which we mopped and cleaned several times weekly. We reported the non-working light above the stove the day we arrived. It was never replaced. We supplemented the furniture with a card table and chair, giving us a place to eat. We also purchased a toaster, coffee maker, cooking, and eating utensils at a nearby Goodwill. With the additions we made, the room/efficiency served our purposes. For the price, we would highly recommend this motel as an extended stay.

Do not book here!
Horrible. The condition of this hotel is filthy. It was infested with roaches, so bad that we could not stay and left after 30 mins from checking in. The entire building reeks a strong nicotine smell and there was absolutely nothing cleaned, from the entrance, elevator, hall ways, and room. I wish I could rate it a -10 out of 10. I wouldn’t let a dog sleep in something so filthy.

Facility needs a facelift
The facility was run down. There were groups of people gathered outside that made me feel uncomfortable. Strong odor of marijuana in the hallways. There was a kitchenette but zero supplies. Not even a coffee maker. The mattress was comfortable.

Requested 2 full size beds. Needed room for 1 night since I had to work late. Got called at 9pm (prior to my arrival) that I had to share a full size bed with my co-worker. Stench so bad it would gag a maggot. German roach was seen crawling up the wall. Pets allowed. "Weekly rates looked more like hourly rates". Do not recommend.

OK if you want to save money.
Halls smell of smoke, clean room but had one baby cockroach. Also a crowd of teenage boys was in the parking lot and asking to drive my Corvette. It's a rough neighborhood. I was there for a week and nothing happened. Squeaky bed frame but OK.

The website says the office is open until 3am.. upon arrival at 12am I get to the front desk and no one was there except a sign that they changed the hours. I had to call and wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive to check me in. I then go into my hotel room and the floors looked like they had been waxed. They were slippery and gross. I also saw multiple cockroaches in my room and the linens weren’t clean. I also felt very uncomfortable leaving my room past a certain time. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything but I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.

Do not book! Rooms infested with roaches and staff was not accommodating or sensitive to that. Would not provide me with any refund or help with the situation. Honestly never booking again and would never recommend anyone to.

Walked inside and it immediately smelled bad. How is it that a non smoking area smells like nothing but smoke? There were people outside yelling and arguing loudly. Overall, unsafe.

The entire building (hallways, elevators, even the rooms) reeked with the smell of cigarettes and weed. I found multiple hair strands over the bed and even in the the bath towels, the bathroom inside the room smelled even worse! I already felt unsafe when i walked in and saw what seemed to be a drug addict or intoxicated woman who kept staring me down in the lobby. Experience was so bad that I didn’t even care that the room was non refundable and left an hour after i checked in to book another hotel room! I quickly realized why the room listing was so CHEAP!!! STAY AWAY FROM WOODSPRING SUITES ON CLARCONA OCOEE RD!
