Nous sommes arrivés en soirée pour notre check-in avec un enfant en bas âge ; nous avons mis plus de temps pour faire la queue qu'à l'entrée de manèges à Disney !! Plus d'une heure à attendre... La chambre était correcte même si nous avons trouvé plusieurs cheveux et la cuisine était sale. Les piscines sont sympa mais nous pensions pouvoir accéder au water Park pour le prix payé : et non, 25$ supplémentaires par personne ! Le point positif est l'accès à Disney. Bref, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Resort fees are a joke when the "amenities" close before you can use them when you check in or are not available. Rooms clearly still or used to allow smoking and gaps in/around the door allow creatures to come in. It was a place to stay so it met that need, but not worth it if you have to pay fees for each occupant.

The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to pay for the water park that really isn’t worth $25. It has 2 slides. My kids would rather just go to the pool. Why did I pay a resort fee and not get to use the full resort?

Todo muy lindo pero no se incluye todo lo que está en las fotos… ej: el parque de agua cobran 25 dólares por persona. Fue uno de los motivos por el cual me decidí. De haber sabido que no estaban incluidos los servicios tal vez me iba por algo más económico. También tuve que pedir una noche más por una emergencia y me cobraron 200 dólares, 1/4 de lo que me costaron los 5 días.

As I checked in, staff was friendly and professional. I always look for a smile. When I needed clean towels, just made one call. Great place to stay.

I’ve always booked through Expedia and been happy I got to this hotel. It took almost an hour to check in. There were 25 to 30 people in line. I felt like I was at a theme park when I got to the room there were no sheets for the double bed and the dogs next-door were howling, they changed our room then come to find out that the waterpark is not included with your stay. You have to pay $25 per person per day. It’s very shady and I was not happy with at all. I will not be staying here again.

This property is amazing! It has 4 restaurants and 14 pools. I was able to walk to Starbucks and get ice cream at their ice cream shop. The room was clean and bug free. There were no smoke odors. I loved having a Jacuzzi tub in the room! I also appreciated having a bedroom as well. These are the reasons why this hotel gets five out of five stars. I cannot wait to stay again at this hotel!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are nice except the noise level between rooms was extreme . The smoking of weed around the property and on balconies where I tried to relax was insane. The pool bar was only open short periods and only on Saturday/Sundays. That’s not ok when people come to relax by the pool and have a drink or two or even a bite to eat. Overall the property was nice but has a lot of flaws.
