5 Star Disney themed Villa
The villa was perfectly located close to all attractions and had every facility you could possibly want for an excellent comfortable stay. Brandi was an excellent hostess and ensured the house was comfortable and well equipped to meet our baby and young children's needs. The kids were thrilled by the beautiful Disney decor. We loved hanging out by the backyard pool watching wildlife on our off-park days and using the Windsor Palm community amenities.

This house was absolutely wonderful and my whole family loved it. The location of the house is within 10-15 mins of all the parks which was super easy for all of us. The pool and hot tub was awesome and a huge hit with everyone in my family. The house is spacious and super clean. When we come down from Maine again we will be sure to come back. The house was amazing. The location was great, we were close to the parks, restaurants, and stores. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The check in process was super easy and the owner communicated check in instructions well in advance of our arrival. Anytime we vacation in Orlando, this will be our go to location.

Disney Villa
We were a group of 7, grandma, grampa, and 5 teenage grandkids. The villa was a perfect size. Everyone was able to have their own space when they wanted it but the shared spaces and pool worked great for when everyone wanted to hang together. Everything was a the posting stated and close to many adventures, easy to order in food delivery, and shopping was better than expected. The host was very quick to respond to communications and offer solutions. I would recommend this to any large group.

It's like home away from home
An all-in-one home. The kids loved the game room and the pool. The living room and kitchen areas are spacious. The home is comfortable and the communication with Brandi was great. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.

According to neices and grandchildren this was the best vacation ever. They especially loved the pool . They swam from 9am to bedtime. House was fully furnished with all the amenities . We will definitely rebook. Will try to fit in around European vacation planned for next summer.

If you're looking for a fantastic vacation rental in Orlando, Florida, look no further than this VRBO! From the moment we booked the rental, we were blown away by the attentive and responsive property manager, who made the process so easy and provided some great recommendations. The location of this property is unbeatable - it's just a stone's throw away from shopping centers, restaurants, Disney parks, and other essential amenities. But what really sets this vacation rental apart is the resort it's located in. The grounds are immaculately maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep the entire family entertained. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool or get in some exercise, you'll find everything you need right here. As for the house itself, we couldn't have been more pleased. It was stocked with all the essentials and more, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. And the pool - wow! The temperature was just right, and we spent hours lounging in the water and enjoying the Jacuzzi. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this VRBO in Orlando. The property manager was top-notch, the location was ideal, and the amenities were unbeatable. We can't wait to come back and visit again soon! I’ve been going to Kissimmee in late winter for 7 years with my golf buddies and this was the nicest, cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Also, when I emailed the management company with a minor issue to address after we checked out, I received a personal response within 2 minutes! Best Stay Ever!

It's the little things...
Our stay was excellent. Exactly as advertised. There's clearly thought by the owner. From the decor to the amenities, this property is great to make memories in. We've been planning a multigenerational trip for some time. This house fit the bill. Located in Windsor Palms, you're in a safe, central area. Like most, Windsor too has houses that are close to each other with limited parking (expect to fit two cars, w/others parked at the nearby club house). That said, what is nice, is that there is no one behind you. It made the private pool & patio that much more enjoyable. The owner also planted shrubs to block the view of adjacent neighbors. There's a grill too, which was nice. The pool and spa were warm which made for enjoyable fall swimming. For safety, there's a child pool fence, as well as a siren. The game room was stocked well w/an air hockey table that my kids enjoyed and a pool table for the adults. It has a large tv w/Netflix, which was great for watching a movie after a long day. The Star Wars room was a hit w/my 8-year-old son, as was the princess room w/my 6-year-old daughter. Both loved the little touches like the pictures, stuffed animals, and toys. The beds were comfortable! Welcome places to recharge, each had quality mattresses and nice linens, so everyone got rest. The kitchen is better stocked than my own! Plenty of dishes and silverware for the largest of families, a Kiering, a waffle maker, and just about everything you could think of / need. (From a pizza slicer, to measuring cups, it feels a lot like "home".) Lots of towels too. No one had a cold shower - even after 6 people and a running dishwasher. All the toilets have plungers and soft close seats. Lastly, I can't say enough great things about the host: Brandi. She's communicative, responsive, and accessible. She reached out multiple times prior to our stay to make check in easy and followed up during too. How good of a host matters when you have an issue; anyone is "good" when everything goes smoothly. Unfortunately, we did have an unexpected disruption which impacted our otherwise magical stay. Once Brandi was made aware, she did an excellent job - pushing to address the issue quickly and providing a hospitable resolution. Overall, we had an enjoyable extended family vacation; in this lovely, clean, inviting place. It is a home away from home. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and are already discussing booking again. 5 stars.

Beautiful Home and Fantastic Location
Our family had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. It had everything we needed and more. We had lots of fun enjoying the pool as well as the community pool. Short drive to the parks, restaurants, and shopping. Brandi and Charlie were fantastic hosts. Very responsive to all communications. They were so kind as to have a coffee grinder delivered to us by Amazon when there wasn't one for use in the house and also sent flashlights in case of a power outage during the hurricane. When our flights were cancelled, they also assisted in helping us to find accommodations elsewhere as their home was not available. We were extremely grateful. We hope to one day return to this lovely home.

We’ve just spent 8 days in this wonderful home. It was everything we wanted and more. The house is so well equipped. Beautifully clean, spacious, fab pool and great games room. We were only sorry that we didn’t have more in our group (we were 5) as the house could easily cater for a large party. The host contacted us to check all was ok too which was lovely. Great area to stay in . House was nice . It included a infant high chair , baby bouncer, and a pack and play . Pool area was clean and fun . Walking distance to the clubs salt water pool which was amazing. Management was easy to get a hold of and fixed a small issue in a fast manner. Refrigerator had a big ice maker which helped a ton.

The property owner put in a lot of though when providing instructions, addition information about the area, and even left travel size soaps, shampoo and conditions, and a little kitchen kit/laundry kit. Very thoughtful! The house was clean, beds comfortable, well stocked for cooking, and toys and towels were available for the pool. The property owner was responsive to inquiries and overall the stay was great!

Great vacation stay!
The home exceeded our expectations. The clubhouse was a short walk and we were able to take full advantage of all the amenities (movie theatre, tennis, arcade, etc.). Although we were never in need of assistance, the host did reach out with a warm welcome and provided us with multiple points of contact in case we needed anything. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home!
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. It is located in a gated community. The check-in process was very easy and the host gave our names to the gatekeepers ahead of time to make the parking process easy. There is a driveway for easy parking. We had a large group of three families (total of 12 people). We all felt like we had our own place in the property. The pool is beautiful and we were able to enjoy it. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in FL. We were able to enjoy the parks everyday, but arrival and departure.

Perfect location and home for families with exceptional management team
We had a group of 7 (3 adults, 4 kids). This home had everything you need and more. We’ve stayed at other VRBOs in the area so we knew what to expect going into this. Upon arriving, the access to the community was straight forward and easy…not one issue or delay. The home was clean and welcoming. We did notice right away that the main sliding door leading to the pool was off track and not closing. One quick message to owner and she had the management team out within the hour, taking care of the issue. The owner and management team were wonderful and responsive to any of our needs. The home itself was spacious, and relaxing. The pool area was perfect for our families needs. The home was in a great location—close to shopping, restaurants and disney resorts. We did have an issue with the pool/spa in our final few days there, but it was nothing we or the owner could have prevented or fixed in our last few days—which was a bummer but understandable. If we are to stay in the area again, we’d strongly consider this house again. :)

Great Birthday Trip
This house was perfect for a family of 7, including two children under 4, celebrating multiple February birthdays at Disney World. The heated pool was great for February and the distance to the Disney Parks couldn't have been better. We had family that went to the parks everyday and loved it while others stayed at the house every day and also loved their stay. The game room was perfect for the Super Bowl and movie nights after coming home from the parks. The beds were comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay greatly and would definitely come back again.

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. So close to Disney parks! The home is everything it says it is and more. It was clean, tastefully decorated and contained everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful and a real plus with no neighbors behind. We enjoyed watching nature as well as sunsets poolside. The property owner was so kind and accommodating. We had absolutely no issues and hope to have the opportunity to return.

I have been to Disney countless times. Have stayed in many of the Disney owned hotels, the Marriott, the Hilton, Wyndham Bonnet Creek etc. this was by far the best experience I’ve had staying at or near Disney The house is perfect, exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. With Covid I wanted to be in a single family home and not on elevators with other people The grandkids LOVED the house - “Nana, this was the best house ever!!” We had a minor issue with the pool and it was taken care of immediately. Very helpful and responsive local support. Brandi us also extremely responsive. I highly recommend!!!!

Stay Here! So close to parks! Private Pool & Hot Tub!
My husband and I visit Disney often, and always stay at Disney Pop Century hotel....well not anymore! This was our first VRBO experience and a different kind of trip for us. We had the whole family coming! Grandparents, adults, a 3 year old and toddler. This home was perfect! Lets start with the price, at Pop we would pay about $199 a night for a double room, so when I saw the price for this whole home I couldn't even believe it! We would have needed 5 rooms at a Disney hotel to sleep us all. Then, I couldn't believe how close to the parks we were. I swear you can rent a car(we stayed 9 days and it cost me about $450 which is still cheaper than the Disney hotel room), but renting a car and driving to the parks was literally faster than waiting for a bus and taking the bus to the park. MK & Epcot were less than 15 minutes. It's so close to shopping too, and the owners leave a nice book with suggestions of what's close. We were also close to Disney Springs and the Vineland Outlets. Everyone looooooved the private pool and hot tub! It was so nice after a long day at the parks. There is no neighbor behind the house which made it so beautiful and private feeling. The whole stay was worth it for the hot tub! We also loved that there was a grill and grilled every night! The house has all sorts of dishes and cooking utensils, kids dishes and sippy cups, mugs, pots and pans. We were able to cook every night. It's also worth mentioning that every room had a TV with cable in it. And having 4 bathrooms was great. And the game room was a hit. Having the washer and dryer was a game changer as well, it just made things so easy! Check in and out was so easy, returning to the home was so easy. Overall, I would highly recommend this home and home owner, they made everything easy! I hope to stay here again in the furture!

Perfect Getaway
My family stayed at this house and it is as amazing as it looks online. The homeowner (Brandi) was very involved with ensuring that everything leading up to checking in was in order and made me feel very welcomed. We would definitely stay at this property again. The location was close to everything but still gave us a quiet, safe community feel. The home is stocked with EVERYTHING!!! The pool was so warm and the hot tub was a great treat to indulge in at the end of each busy day:) I highly recommend this property and these owners.

That privacy in the pool area was why we chose to purchase this home as well after staying in so many other properties with neighbors overlooking our kids in the pool.
