Bedroom 1 - King Size Bed Master Suite with TV and ensuite bath featuring a jacuzzi tub

Bedroom 3 - King Size Bed with TV/DVD and ensuite bath featuring a four-person sauna.

Theme Bedroom 4 - Finding Nemo room with 2 Twin size beds (1 trundle) and TV/DVD and shared bath

Theme Bedroom 5 - Ethan Allen Mickey Mouse room with 2 twin beds and TV/DVD and shared bath

Screened in private inground pool with spa. Free Pool and spa heat at standard temps (pool 87 deg) (spa 102 deg). A daily fee of $25 will be required to heat the spa and pool above standard temps.

There's also a loft game room area with a pool table and karaoke. Corn hole boards to use kept on patio. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi Internet access.

End lot on cul-de-sac, with pine tree farm adjacent which offers a beautiful and private view from the pool! Only 3 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. Adjacent to the new Margaritaville Resort and the home is also walking distance to the "Island Grove Wine Company" and vineyard.

As a gated community, with outside video security Acadia Estates provides the security and proximity that attract vacation homeowners and guests alike!

Great Stay for a Group Trip to Orlando!
We used this property for a group trip to Orlando, particularly visiting Universal, and it was perfect for our needs! The kids (17-18yr) enjoyed the pool and hot tub and swam nearly non-stop. They also enjoyed using the theater room quite a bit. The house was clean and in good condition. Bedrooms are comfortable and adequate for varying rooming needs. The location is at the end of a neighborhood/cul-de-sac which adds some extra privacy. The neighborhood is very nice and felt secure. Check-in process was smooth and incredibly easy. Communication from the host in advance was very helpful and clear. Only minor complaint was no check-out instructions on-site or through email/VRBO inbox, but when I contacted the host they were immediately responsive. Travel to Universal was about 30-40min each way, depending on traffic, but an easy commute. Lots of food options in the nearby areas. If visiting the Orlando area again, I would definitely use this house, probably trying specifically to re-book this listing. A great experience!

Cozy and comfortable with lots of amenities!
We had a great stay at this property! It is very conveniently located close to all the Walt Disney World Parks. It was healing to use the jacuzzi and pool after a long day of walking at the Disney parks! The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms, home theater, pool, popcorn, and the Pacman arcade. Highly recommend it, and I'd choose to stay here again on our next Disney-parks vacation.

The best stay ever with family! Tina was very responsive with any questions we had throughout the reservation and up to our stay. Always accommodating and even purchased a baby walker to add the many extras this home has to offer for families with littles. The description on the site is exactly what you will walk into. Will send referrals to this property and book in the future.

Tina was fantastic to work with as she was very responsive, provided great suggestions/recommendations and worked with us on special circumstances. The home was in great condition and VERY clean. The location can't be beat and the amenities of the home made the time spent there amazing. We will certainly be returning.

Home Away From Snow
We just departed our week long stay and were so sad to leave. Our home away from snow was absolutely everything we had hoped for and more!! The home is so spacious, clean, and very private. I appreciated how safe we felt and how attentive our host was. Upon check-in, I had a minor snafu that was totally on me. I texted Tina and she replied within seconds with a phone call walking me through some other details and was so reassuring to contact her if anything else came up. She was SO nice and accommodating and truly felt like we were home away from home. If you are looking for a spacious home to spend with your family, this one is it!!
