Monique at the front desk knew her job well. Stacey very pleasant and understanding. Natalie patient and aware of those who may run a little late getting there BK. Them & some others we were privy to meet, made our first time in time of a family emergency so warming, we will make it our Bookmark place to come to for our future visits here at the Altamonte Springs area. Ty😊

We had a great stay. Bed was comfy, good breakfast, place was nice and clean, did a refresh of our room when asked, close to a lot of attractions, a lot of restaurants and everything we needed. Cute little city about 30 minutes from Orlando and only 50 minutes from Daytona Beach

Horrible assistant manager
Trip was great except for the young lady that was the assistant manager on Saturday night. My key stopped working and she was incredibly rude and put out that I needed assistance. Completely unacceptable treatment of a guest.

Dear Richard, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience while staying with us.You came down to the front desk to let a team member know that your keys were not working and with that we had a team member come up there as fast as we could to help resolve the issue. Once again we do apologize and this experience was shared with the entire leadership team. I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.

We stayed there for 20 days and enjoyed the property as our temporary home. I would stay there again! Good breakfast options for free breakfast.

My stay was surprisingly clean comfortable and overall terrific. Highly recommend...we used to stay at Hilton but not anymore. Special thanks to front desk staff for all levels of customer service
