*POOL & HOT TUB: Heating is available for $40/day for the entire stay (no intermittent heating).
Please request at least 48 hours before arrival if needed.
*PETS: This is a pet-free home due to allergy concerns.
*PARKING: Maximum of 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed.
*RESORT PERKS: Guests have access to a range of resort amenities, including a large heated pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation. The fully equipped gym allows you to stay active during your stay. Resort access is available for a one-time fee of $35 per stay for groups of up to 12 guests, and $45 for larger groups exceeding 12 guests. NOTE: This is optional
*SECURITY CAMERA: Tampering with security cameras will result in immediate booking cancellation with no refund.
*GUEST POLICY:All guests (including visitors) must be declared. A fee of $25 per undeclared guest/day applies.
*CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Early check-in / late check-out: $25 per hour (subject to availability).

- HOUSE RULES -

- No parties, drugs, or smoking (Smoking indoors incurs a $150 fee).
- Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
- No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
- Do not rearrange furniture; damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged.
- ALTERATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Stay adjustments (shortening stay, reducing guests) must be requested at least 1 week before check-in. Late requests are non-refundable, and partial refunds are limited to 50% of the original refund amount.
- LONG-TERM STAYS (30+ Days)
Bi-weekly cleaning required ($250 per cleaning).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- No electric vehicle charging using the home’s outlets.
