Needs major updating. We travel a lot and have stayed in many of these type of homes. The beds were the worst we ever had, the couches were terribly stained and so beaten up you couldn't sit on it. Every game in the game room was broken. We got the house dirty and spent a hour just cleaning the oven. There were no extra bath towels and no pool towels at all. We had to buy towels because we did not have enough. ACO management was horrible and did nothing to help. We have stayed in solterra 5 times previously and never had a bad house. stay away !!

Weekend getaway
Good and quiet location. Resort and our pool in the house is all we needwd to enjoy a weekend getaway. Very secured place , starting with gate entrance.

Rented this home and planned to use the full kitchen however pans were RUSTED. Not dafe to cook on. The house was dirty, garbage left in the front of the home on the ground, ketchup smeared on the curtains leading to pool. Dirt smeared on walls, stains all over the couches. The pool and hot tub were also filthy and not even circulating water. There was only 1 functioning television in the home which was horrible considering we had 2 families staying here with various ages. Reached out to the management office many times during my stay and nothing was resolved. The home was supposed to include some basics like laundry detergent. Dish detergent a sponge and paper towels. None of this provided. Do not book here, you will regret it.

Solterra Resort is a nice home, but if its owned by any ACO RESERVATIONS, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE...We walked in to an usantized filthy house etc...ACO Communication sucks, they never pick up the phone, nor addressed the situation!!! To top it off, they charged me for damages and filthyness from the previous group that stayed there, which means they didnt clean the house at ALL!! We reported the issues with emails and pictures...

The condominium is nice, the lazy river and condominium pool are excellent. The house did not have a good cleaning and needs more attention, the house is a bit abandoned.

Very clean, very close to the parks, TVs were wifi ready with Netflix, Disney plus, etc for easy connection amd tv for the kids.

Community pool was fantastic. Lazy river and slide was great. House condition was extremely worn and disappointing compared to expectations. Communication was lacking.

Long a way from everything with regular traffic take 30 minutes abut condition not bad but any way I am not take anymore they change for everything I am not recommend for anybody..... .

Beautiful home, but the last three days we were there the front door key pad stopped working. We couldn’t leave the house unless we left the front door unlocked. We contacted them about the situation but they did nothing to help. They just made me keep sending them videos of me trying to punch in the code. Wasted 3 days of my family vacation just sitting around the house waiting for there service guy, that never showed up.

It honestly felt like our home for a few days , it was super nice and quiet the pool and house were just great . Only issue i had was getting in contact with someone over the phone but when i did everything as smooth . Will be booking again

O estabelecimento é excelente. Só tive problema quanto a entrada na casa pela parte da noite, visto que meu nome foi tirado da lista de entrada. Mas depois de conversas consegui resolver esse problema.

Renter Beware!!!!!
Over all the house was beautiful, and very modern and up to date. However, there was a gas issue, and we could not use the stove, dryer, or take showers during the last 3 days of our stay. After contacting the property manager, and having them put in a work order, no one ever showed up to fix the problem, even after we repeatedly called them over and over again. Finally someone told me they could not come out to fix the issue until Monday morning, which did me no good since I was checking out on Sunday. On the last evening (Saturday at 7pm) of my stay they offered to move me to a new home, I declined since I was checking out the following morning, and that would require me to pack all of our belongings (for 6 ppl), and relocate to another residence. Completely inconvenient!! Or they could refund me $100, which I did not feel was fair, since we paid $791 to stay there, and had no access to cooking, washing cloths, or taking showers for the 3 out of 4 days we were there. We choose to go with this vacation home instead of a hotel for the purpose of the amenities. Completely disgusted with the property management team......

House was large but needs some basic maintenance. Also was not comfortable with management company, plus they could not answer basic questions clearly. Check- in was a little odd, as guard house seemed confused about our coming to stay.

We celebrated my mother’s 71st birthday with family and friends and the House was beautiful. Great location and it was Peace and quiet. I highly recommend this house

Huge house with private pool.
My family had a great experience staying at this house. It was in a safe, gated community, about 30 minutes from the Disney parks. We didn't mind the drive since it gave my kids a chance to nap. The community was full of vacation home rentals, and each had a private pool. There was also a larger pool and lazy river with a cafe, playground, and workout facility. We were really impressed with the home. There were 2 master suites, each with a huge walk-in closet and bathroom (separate big tub). We liked having a den/lounge area upstairs as well. The game room was a fun addition too. It was helpful having a washer / dryer in the house. We didn't have to go anywhere first to check-in; everything was done via email, and we had a code to get in as soon as it was check-in time. We would definitely stay here again!
