Anel, we understand your stay did not meet expectations and appreciate your specific feedback. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, hence we regret any discomfort you felt. Our location close to major traffic does come with occasional noise and we apologize if this was a concern. While extra charges for certain amenities are standard practice, we understand your note about them. Our team usually works hard to accommodate guest requests, and it's unfortunate we couldn't fulfill your request this time. We're hopeful of turning around your experience during future stays.
