Close to Orlando Amusement Parks
Property was exactly as listed. Perfect for our family of 8. Plenty of room to spread out. Our grandchildren (& adults😁) absolutely loved their themed rooms and game room. The children didn’t seem to mind the cocktail swimming pools size. It was big enough to cool off and relax after a day in the parks. We would recommend a couple of things to future renters if there is room in their budget: * Rent a stroller for the parks due to size restrictions. There are a few companies in the area that has done all the research for the park requirements that will eliminate some stress for parents with babies/toddlers. Also, did I mention they will deliver and pickup stroller to the rental properties front door. * Rent a golf car. We found it useful to explore and go to the restaurants on the resorts property. * Do online shopping in the area for groceries and necessities for your stay before you arrive. Most stores allows you to choose date and time for delivery or pickup. I found it helpful since everyone is ready for activities and food as soon as they arrive. We would highly recommend.

Good place
The house was nice. Smaller than it looked in photos but expected that. House was clean, decorated well. Had everything we needed for eating. Could use larger coffee mugs. Did not seem newly updated. Half the remotes for fans and lights were missing in bedrooms. Tons of fruit flies when we arrived. Pool was dirty for days when we arrived and when it was finally cleaned they just dumped chemicals and left. Skimmer net was broken so we couldn’t clean it well ourselves. They did have a stroller which we ended up needing and pool towels. Easy getting into property and resort. Water park access was nice also. Overall it was a good house.

Algae & bugs - no manager response
This home is absolutely beautiful and fun for the kids. That being said, we arrived to a tiny pool FILLED with algae. It was disgusting. I called Saturday when we arrived, and the pool guy showed up Monday. He treated it for 3 days, and it was still unable to be used the following Saturday, when we left. This was such a disappointment. This resort knew there were guests checking in and the pool should never have been that gross. Without a pool, I asked for an amenity card to use the community pools to make up for it. I was told they were all in use, but I was at the top of the waiting list after guests checked out that day and I’d be called to come pick it up. Same thing the next day, and the next day, and the next day. We were never able to use any other pools. To top it off, my husband saw a huge cockroach in the bathroom one night. When I called the next day, they told me it was likely just a Palmetto bug that had gotten in from outside…. It crawled into the duct work on the ceiling. Guest relations told me to email management about my concerns and I have yet to receive a response.

Please note all of the pools are cleaned on a schedule and we do have a pest control company that treats the property on a routine basis to prevent these things from happening. Great for families!
This property was great for families. The only issues we had were there was sand randomly throughout the house from the previous people and the air hockey table didn't work. Some of the remotes needed new batteries too, so that was a little annoying. Overall though we loved the setup of the house, especially with each bedroom having their own bathroom.

Beautiful House But So Hot Upstairs
We loved the house. It’s beautiful, comfortable and everything was working properly. The only CON is a big one: the A/C is locked to go no lower than 74 degrees. We experienced temps of high 90s during our 5 day stay and by the third night it was unbearably uncomfortable for all of us even with the ceiling fans on. Our sleep quality was poor because of it. They need to let you drop it to at least 72 to truly cool off the upstairs when dealing with Orlando summer heat.

I am still trying to follow up with issues that occurred during our stay and no one has gotten back to me. I did speak to customer service and they gave me updates but no one ever called to follow up and check in our status.

Good place to stay
Over all everything went good, and pool was nice, and house was in good shape. The only thing that we had a problem with was the master bed room was pretty hot, and some of the outside furniture was in rough shape, but over all would recommend staying here.

Beautiful
The house was beautiful and the resort was amazing and so much fun. We would definitely stay here again. The only down fall was doors kept falling off hinges, all the lounge chairs started ripping as soon as we sat on them for the first time, the remotes didn’t work, and there was no pool table. Everything else was absolutely perfect and we had a great time.

Family Vacation Rental
This home worked out perfectly for my 10 family members ranging in age from 8 to 63. It was spacious and the kids loved the pool table in the game room and the private pool. The great room was large enough so everyone had a seat for meals and just to gather together. The location was perfect for us also, just a short 15-20 minute drive to all the Disney parks. We had planned on using the free park shuttle but due to Covid is was not in operation temporarily. We took one day off from the parks and visited the Resort Water Park which was fun for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. Compared to the Disney properties or off-site hotels you can't beat the price. This enabled us to have more spending money for gifts and food.
