Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home on the pool deck. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?

Family Time

This property was a great place to spend a family vacation. When we were not at the Disney parks, the house had lots to do for my grandson and daughter. The adults enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching a movie in the movie room. Very good choice ! We will be back.

Florida family vacation

The home was perfect for our whole family including grand parents, children and grandchildren from 8 years old to 80 years old. The pool and spa were great along with a very nice game room and terrific in home theater room! The home and neighborhood was very well maintained with a nice golf course view as well. Also, all the Orlando area entertainment was nearby for us to enjoy.

Reunion get together

The house is exactly as described. Sitting on the golf course and the end of a Cul-de-sac. It was perfect for a quiet vacation. The pool was amazing and the theater was great to hang out all together and watch a movie. I would recommend the house to anyone coming to the Orlando area. 10/10

Husband's 50th birthday

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday. The home was clean ans exactly as shown in the listing. I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 because the oven did not work and the heated pool wasn't very warm. Overall the stay was great.

Fantastic vacation spot!

Excellent amenities and close to Disney parks. Groceries, restaurants, etc. within 5-10 min drive. Walkable paths. At the end of the street so perhaps a bit quieter than other locations which is a plus!

We stayed at this villa with our children and grandchildren. Lovely Villa, plenty of space, great location for getting around to Disney, shopping etc. Also being on the golf course was an added bonus as we played a few rounds of golf as well. Would definitely stay there again. In a great spot overlooking the 13th hole. The Grandkids loved the games room and cinema room, and enjoyed the pool as well. A beautiful villa with everything you need.

Great Family Stay

We had a really great stay! Our entire family of 13 (8 adults and 5 kids 12-16)enjoyed this property. The layout,decor,furnishings and pool were an immediate hit.The theater,game room, and pool were great gathering spaces each day of our stay. It was entertaining and relaxing all at the same time. We loved the privacy of being the last house on the end of the street and on the golf course, yet located on a property so close to Publix and other stores. We had everything we needed and the space to enjoy family without being crowded. The instructions throughout the house were very helpful. The beds have definitely hosted a good number of guests, but we were able to sleep well throughout the week. We look for cleanliness, comfort, space, layout, and location and this house checked all the boxes plus entertainment (it rained heavily on one of the days but it didn't phase us- just another reason to enjoy the house). We would highly recommend this house to anyone. We would love to thank the owners for so much care and attention to details invested in this house and for making it a great experience for guests.
