Cher invité, nous voudrions commencer par nous excuser de ne pas avoir répondu à vos attentes. Nous nous efforçons de rendre chaque séjour le plus agréable et confortable possible, nos chambres sont propres puis surveillées pour éviter ces désagréments, nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée par le room service quotidien, l'industrie hôtelière a été fortement affectée par le manque de personnel et de nouveaux des règles ont dû être établies, selon lesquelles le nettoyage et le changement des draps sont effectués tous les trois jours, mais les poubelles peuvent être laissées dans le couloir, les sacs seront retirés et un changement de draps peut être demandé serviettes à la réception, nous sommes vraiment désolé de ce qui s'est passé avec le sèche-linge pour lequel nous venons d'être informés qu'il a été remplacé par un nouveau, merci pour vos commentaires et d'avoir choisi Magic Key Resort

Dear Guest Chanel, thank you for your comments and rating, in relation to your comments, our rooms are cleaned immediately at the time of Check Out of each of our guests, if during their stay they had any problem with something dirty and that was not theirs. inside the room, you could go to our Front Desk which is open 24 hours a day and we would have been happy to help you, in relation to the towels as was told when you requested them, each room includes 2 sets of towels for the proper use of 2 people, which is the maximum number of occupants in the type of room I rent, the towels are delivered only at the front desk as happened when you came to ask for them and we delivered them to you, the bathrooms in each room have 4 rolls of paper sanitary, if during your short stay you needed more toilet paper you could request it at the front desk and we would have also given it to you, each worker at our hotel is willing to help each person who visits us and make their stay pleasant and happy, we are very sorry the one who could not inform us of all the details as he does until now.
